F.A.Q✅ These are the most frequently asked questions by new clients. ✅How long does it take? Depending on what is being cleaned - your first carpet is likely to be around one and a half to two hours. Initially everything is thoroughly hoovered and time is needed to set up machinery. Upholstery cleaning is a longer process.... ✅What do i need to move? We ask you to move all of your smaller items. Larger items we can work around but we wouldn't move heavy cabinets or large expensive electrical equipment. ✅How long does it take to dry? This varies on a few factors - carpet type - humidity - temperature - a good estimate is between 2-5 hour's. ✅How long is it before I can walk on the carpet after cleaning? ✅Around this time of year high humidity in the air prevents the carpet fibers from drying as quickly as usual, as the humid air can't absorb any more moisture.... ✅Berbers and Saxony - long pile type carpets - are the most susceptible to this. ✅To avoid this we ensure that we clean with only the necessary amount of water pressure when rinsing whilst using extra passes to aid drying. ✅Plenty of air movers are used to help finish off the drying process before we leave - of which these can be left on-site and collected from you later on that evening or the following day. ✅Also as much ventilation as possible is needed. 😍😍😍 ANY ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE PICK UP THE PHONE 07930890885🙂

I recently cleaned at an end of tenancy property which had a very serious rising damp problem. I did question the tenant as to where they slept and the answer as I thought was downstairs.😕.Now a few days later as I drove past the property it was re-advertised to be let out again!! Can someone shed some light on why this can be with it's obvious serious health implications.🤔 Isn't there a code of practice where this type of problem exists?🤔

One good reason to do an on-site survey as opposed to a quote over the phone is I recently visited a customers premises and there was considerable damage caused by carpet moths. Customers aren't always aware what causes these problems in natural fibres which can be prone to this😕 The carpet larvae live in the backing chewing the base of the tufts 😕 Something to be aware of especially if you have a wool carpet in your bedroom👍they love anywhere dark like under the bed.👍👍

Carpets cleaned today - amazing service, friendly and very knowledgeable. Carpets are looking clean and refreshed and smelling lovely.
