friendly service, gorgeous food. Hadn't been in over ten years, was lovely really enjoyed it we'll be back and would definitely recommend.

Went last night with 10 family members excellent food excellent service lovely staff couldn't do enough . Have been in the past and have loved it just as much and I have to say the garlic and cheese naan has to be the best on the planet �

Thank you to the staff in Akram's for making me coffee and letting me get warm by their radiator tonight while I was walking home in the snow. Lovely people!

Lovely meal, good service, asked for my Chicken Dhansak to be cooked without ghee, it was cooked in spray light which was great, paid for the meal and the manager came back to me saying I had paid too much, a couple of new £10 notes had stuck together and I had overpaid by £20 how honest is that. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It was lovely food and staff friendly

I'm 53 and started off eating baltis down alum rock when I was 16. This is the first time here and I have to say it's up there with the best. Highly recommend it to anyone who is into Kashmir style balti cooking.

I have lived in birmingham for over 30 years and had my fare share of currys and Balti's. Akrams Hands down beats the lot. Was recommended this place by a close friend and never looked back. Family run business and it shows in the service ,not only is the quality of food very high but more importantly for me the cleanliness and hygiene is on point. I have had a personal tour of the kitchens and spotless is an understatement. The food has always been consistent and portion sizes are spot on. Keep up the good work

Got in there on a busy Saturday night, could not be more accommodating, got us a table, served us, given us a great dining experience and we made our cinema time, brilliant staff, lovely food. Best curry house in stirchley.

Best in Birmingham never had any other curry that is so fresh and amazingly tasty.always recommend too everyone.staff so lovely friendly and helpful and have a great laugh.keep up good work guts ���

Akrams - food and service is always great, this is my favourite curry house and would recommend it to anyone!! Just a shame I have to travel all the way from Nottingham to get one now, but always be back!!

nice place, lovely food. the staff however were a little bland. showed us our table where we sat for a while before anyone bothered to come.



took our order, we asked for drinks was told it's unlicensed and to go to shop opposite.



didn't like the way the waiter just came out with food and plonked it on the table, two plates at a time, didn't soeak or smile.

Food was ok, not as good as I thought it would be. Have eaten far better so don't think it lived up to its reputation. Restaurant was clean and staff very friendly. I doubt if I will return.

Upon arrival at the restaurant service and starter couldn't have been better. Then the main course came out. We ordered the meat Balti it was so heavily salted definitely wouldn't recommend. Dread to think how much salt had been added!!!!

The staff was friendly, the decor plain with no tableclothes , didn’t like my husbands starter plate being taken away before I had finished. The chicken curry had overcooked stringy chicken in it and colour of the sauce wasn’t appetising a bit overpriced for what it was.
