friends day/ night out... service was fab, the young lad who came over and took our order couldn't of been more friendly.

Your place was amazing real child friendly (smaller glasses) games to play whilst waiting ... I'm glad we found you � only downside for me is the fact my daughter was very sticky from the glass being covered. In marshmallow but ahwell wetwipes are lifesavers!

What a great venue day and night! This is a great place to visit during the day if you looking for great coffee, cakes and milkshakes. Great for me as I have a dog and they allow them in, also a great family environment! I love visiting here in the evening for their amazing cocktails. But if you fancy something different that's not on the menu the staff are really accommodating and will make something to your taste. All round great place, great atmosphere and very attentive staff! Would recommend this to any one!

What a fantastic place. The staff made me and my dog feel so welcome. They came over straight away with a bowl of water for her and a plate with dog biscuits on it! To top it all, their coffee and cake was delicious. Will definitely be returning again soon. Very relaxed and chilled atmosphere 😀

The ambiance of the place is amazing....dark and cosy. Great staff who were friendly and efficient. The milkshakes are delicious and more like a dessert!!! Good selection of alcoholic beverages too���

Really quirky place in a great way. Coconut hot chocolate was amazing, doughnuts superb and my daughter had a cake shake which she said was excellent.

Great atmosphere and music as well as being kid friendly during the day with non-alcoholic cocktails and milkshakes. Please get more options for non-dairy milk, though. Soya is meh, oat or almond please!

Well tonight finally got my chance before popping over to Theatre Severn to see a show. Great service & wow my cocktail was gorgeous & just what I wanted. Can highly recommend & will definitely be back again very soon ���

A great evening at the Poor House last night. Although not staffed to cope with the audience for Dan Owen, they did their best.

What a absolute waist of time and money just took my family there for hot chocolate and milk shakes order was wrong food was stale the staff were beyond poor chatting to themselfs instead of serving (35minutes to get our order) then it was wrong and the attitude was to customer service was none existent. The location and interiors are good this place should be packed but with the staff there obvious there is a problem.

This should be call poor house... We just been in in took 30min to get are order, there was just 6people in there when the order come out I asked for whitechocolate with strawberry milkshake and my husband had 10 dipping donuts.. My milkshake was wrong and 3 donuts was stile... When we complained they shrugged its off no apology, no replacement and when billed was wrong too... We would not recommended this place as servis was rubbish...

Having had a nice evening with friends it was a shame that the aggressive and unhelpful manner of Lacey and a few dim witted and rude locals spoiled our night.



Don't have the cheek to ask if they would mind calling you a taxi or use the loo before you go you will be treated in the mist disrespectful way.



Putting your hands on my wife as she tried to go to the toilet is unacceptable.
