Aldridge Loft Conversions

7 Velux Roof windows replaced to offices in Birmingham City Centre. All work was carried out during veenings to allow minimum disruption to office staff and daily business.

Loft Conversion completed in Sutton Coldfield

Loft Conversion completed to semi detached house in Aldridge. The conversion enabled the addition of a fourth bedroom with 2 Velux windows to a semi detached house in Woodside Way.
Rather than build the loft stairs over the existing staircase, a small section of an existing bedroom was used for the stairs, creating maximum headroom in the loft conversion. Space was not lost in the current bedroom as we converted the space under the stairs into built in wardobes!
Similarly, built in wardrobes and cupboards have been built into the eaves of the loft to maximise storage space.

1. Tower scaffold erected to gain access to the vaulted ceiling. 2. Window positions marked out. This particular roof was a structurally insulated panelled construction.... 3. Tiles removed and battens cut in preparation for roof lights. 4. Frames fitted into apertures prior to underfelt collars and flashing kits. 5. Tiles made good around frames and ridge tiles rebedded. 6. View from the inside showing the completed installation. Plastering made good around windows ready for decoration.
