We had Alvaston Lofts for our Loft Conversion last July. Excellent did what was expected and more and on time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

So impressed by Alvaston from start to finish. Superb work, which was completed on time and to a great standard. From the plasterers to the plumber to the builders, to the roofers, they were all really great to have around. When you're having a loft conversion, it helps when the neighbours like your builders! I could not recommend Alvaston highly enough ... and for the work they completed (one loft converted into two bedrooms and a shower room), the price was also very reasonable.

Cracking loft conversion. Converted a large single room dormer in to 2 rooms and a bathroom. Also had a new roof. Really managed to maximise the space available. We weren't exactly giving the guys much flexibility as we had a due date for our 2nd baby but the guys managed to get finished on time and one of the kids are up in their new room now. Recommend to anyone and would definitely use again. Cheers
