Well what can I say Irene is just amazing.... she made me very comfortable & calm even though I have anxiety & other issues that are going on in life at the moment....... this was the second time that I’ve been to see lrene for reiki to help me with my issues and to try and help me and wow she did that with all the advice,help will definitely be going back xx

Today i had my first experience of Reiki. I was of course nervous and skeptical about trying something new. Irene made me feel so calm after talking before the treatment started. The Reiki process itself left me feeling much more positive and relaxed and helped me calm down my anxieties �. I've had a few Reiki sessions here now and would highly recommend.Irene is professional and puts you at your ease. She explains what happens and spends time getting to know you. I always leave feeling relaxed and in a good frame of mind.

I had the best hour of Reiki, it was so relaxing and that's one thing that isn't so always easy to achieve when your thoughts are 100mph, completely 100% recommend this treatment, the salon is lovely and clean and feels very warm and welcoming.

I had a hours reiki which was amazing. I felt so relaxed afterwards. Following the hat I have now done my level 1 reiki with Irene. Such a lovely lady, couldn’t do enough to make it a really enjoyable course. I’ve learnt lots and can’t wait to put it into practice and also come back and have more visits. Thank you �

Feeling great after reiki �

Having treated my mom the past couple of years to treatments with Irene, I thought I'd treat myself! I had reiki for the first time in years and I loved it. Was so relaxing, I felt great afterwards and have been sleeping better since. Definitely going to try out some other treatments soon and starting my own reiki journey with Irene and her training xx
