I have met some wonderful people here on my 4th visit to Norfolk & indeed the centre.

A great feeling of tranquility.

Went to one of the drop in Meditation sessions & gained so much from it.

Also have eaten in the cafe a couple of times - Gorgeous food & exceptionally friendly staff.

Look forward to many future visits xx

A place to be peaceful, thoughtful or just have a damn good giggle in good company. More seriously learn to meditate here, you won't regret it, and if it's not your cup of tea the biscuits are good.
