Went into the shop a few weeks back too ask for advice on how too tune a violin id brought for my daughters birthday off amazon. They were very polite & helpful. Infact that day i learnt a few things from them so thankyou very much for taking your time too help us when you didnt have too it is very much appreciated and after all the hassle i went through too get that violin and finding out she cant even use it due the sizing :( Well next time i know when after an instrument i will deffinately be coming too you. My son had a guitar string emergency at 4.30pm the night before he had a performance at school! Staff were lovely, sorted out the problem and happily let him practice on a guitar while we waited! Today he won the talent contest, which wouldn’t have been possible without the fantastic and super fast service we received! Can’t thank the staff in One Way music enough!

I was a regular customer at One Way Music years ago and bought a few guitars and Amps from them. Back then I couldn't fault the customer service I received! I recently returned to the shop after taking some time off from playing, and wanted a new set of pickups installing in my '68 reissue Strat which I bought from the shop years ago. There were some new staff in there from when I last visited, but still that same dedication to the customers and passion for instruments that I remember. It was great to see Andy, the best guitar techy ever and he's worked wonders to my strat, and I'd only ever trust him to tinker with my guitars; he's a real asset to the shop and his passion for guitars is very obvious, and I could talk guitars with him all day! There was another guy called Stu who is excellent at dealing with customers and again, you can tell he gets satisfaction from giving good customer service! I'm chuffed to bits with my guitar and can't fault them whatsoever, thank you very much One Way Music, especially to Stu and Andy, I shall once again be a regular customer now I'm back into playing!

Brought my first Ibenez guitar from these guys, they are absolute legends, they are always happy to chat and provide a quality service. Best music store in Wolverhampton !
