This is my happy but slightly knackered face! I have been delivering some management development training to some Saudi military managers over the last few weeks and I have had the best time! It has been hard in places. I have had to adapt and think on my feet. I have possibly said something’s which aren’t politically appropriate for them, but have managed not to cause an international incident! I have had the best feedback! It has been great! Now to do a little happy dance before lying down!

Today is one of those days that reminds me how much I love what I do!
I had an amazing day working with some managers on how to engage with their employees. And then I saw a client for the last time - always a bitter/sweet moment - and I am amazed at the progress he has made in just 3 months.
It is such a privilege and a pleasure to work with people living in dark times and help them to move to a brighter future. xx
