I'm just reflecting on what a great week I've had, and how lucky I am.
For acupuncture I've had loads of fertility clients, anxiety, migraine, general wellbeing, and a lady who I helped with fertility who is 22 weeks pregnant.
I've hypnotised 2 lovely ladies for weight loss and helped another with a phobia of snakes.
... The icing on the cake was a message yesterday from an IVF lady to say 'the test was positive' ... Yessss! 👏👏
This morning I got to spend time with our puppy, before 3 more clients this afternoon.
I am TRULY blessed.

Before I went on holiday, I saw a lady for Trichotillomania - also known as compulsive hair pulling!
She texted me a couple of weeks ago and said:

A while back I saw a lovely lady who had a phobia of birds, especially pigeons.
She sent me this lovely message this morning, which I am sharing with her permission:
"Hi Anne, ... I just wanted to up date you on my progress with my bird phobia. We went to Spain on holiday to visit our daughter last week. Well it was quite a shock for me and my family. I was so relaxed and not in a panic at all around the birds (mainly pigeons). We had drinks and meals outside cafes and restaurants, which I stopped doing few years ago. The birds walked around me and under tables without me being on edge and practically crying with fear! The only time I was uncomfortable is when they started flying and hearing their wings flapping. My husband and daughter were shocked and amazed of how I was copping and being so relaxed around the birds. So I hope that I’m “cured”or know how to cope with this fear of birds. I wanted to say a big thank you for your help with my phobia. Be assured that I will recommend you to anyone I know who have a phobia or any other issues. I saw someone on Wednesday who had a fear of swimming in open water and is taking part in an Iron Man competition in a few weeks.
He’d fallen into the deep end of a swimming pool aged 6 and couldn’t swim. He wasn’t convinced that was the root of his issue (I was!)...
I used the Touch Sync Therapy on him, and yesterday I did a hypnotic recording and sent it to him.

Your treatment was incredibly Anne such relief just wish I could have more.

When someone tells you that if you listen to your hypnotherapy recording every day for 21 days you will quit cigarettes, the skeptic in you thinks “really?”

But she was right. Anne explained about the subconscious mind, that your sub conscious will still listen even if you fall asleep. Trust me it’s easy to do so, as Anne’s voice is so calm and soothing. I listened, and after the first session, I became hooked, and a non smoker. I have not smoked now in almost a month. I don’t crave cigarettes, I don’t miss them. My habit just ended. Just like that.

I can easily be around people that are smoking, and it doesn’t bother me.

So for anyone thinking of quitting smoking, and thinking the same as I did “really?” well yes.. REALLY. It works. I have been committed and have listened to the recording everyday from Anne. I can only advise you give it a go. It really is that simple. No need for patches, gum, e-cigs. Just this alone worked for me, and FAST. It’s as if I never smoked. But I did. It actually feels weird, in the sense that I’m finding it this easy.

I have been going to Acupuncture Anne (how she is referred to in our house) for over 4 years now and don't know what I would do without her monthly boost. Having suffered from ME I have (almost) learnt how to control my symptoms by controlling how much I exert myself but it was Anne with her needles and her calm and soothing ways that helped me to acknowledge and address the initial symptoms. I can't thank her enough for both that initial help and also for her constant support. She is an all round nice lady with magic needles. I have been coming to Anne for several years for various ailments and eveytime have left feeling better. She has helped rid me of debilitating migraines that I was on medication for. Aided me in relieving the pain from osteoarthritis in my wrist. Bloating feelings from ibs and when I was going in to be induced for my second child calmed me down and helped start contractions so instead of a lengthy induction process I was already 3cm and could just have waters broken instead giving birth 3 hours later. No scales , no diet sheets , just frank honest discussion around what is keeping us from achieving our goals. My self esteem has improved, I feel more confident in my worth and my appearance. I now understand how to engage my mind ,feelings and physical body to work together for weight loss.

I had my second visit to Anne today to treat my lower back muscular pain and I can not thank her or praise her enough.

After my first session my back felt so much better and less tense and the regular twinges and aches I was having disappeared but after my second session today I can't believe that my back feels even better!!

It feels like a miracle I have tried other treatments before which have had some impact but the difference just these first two sessions have made are amazing.

Your treatment was incredibly Anne such relief just wish I could have more.

When someone tells you that if you listen to your hypnotherapy recording every day for 21 days you will quit cigarettes, the skeptic in you thinks “really?”

But she was right. Anne explained about the subconscious mind, that your sub conscious will still listen even if you fall asleep. Trust me it’s easy to do so, as Anne’s voice is so calm and soothing. I listened, and after the first session, I became hooked, and a non smoker. I have not smoked now in almost a month. I don’t crave cigarettes, I don’t miss them. My habit just ended. Just like that.

I can easily be around people that are smoking, and it doesn’t bother me.

So for anyone thinking of quitting smoking, and thinking the same as I did “really?” well yes.. REALLY. It works. I have been committed and have listened to the recording everyday from Anne. I can only advise you give it a go. It really is that simple. No need for patches, gum, e-cigs. Just this alone worked for me, and FAST. It’s as if I never smoked. But I did. It actually feels weird, in the sense that I’m finding it this easy.

This has been an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Anne. Don’t stop to think about it, just do it. She really can help you quit smoking.

I've had 4 treatment session the first was very difficult for me but after the first session I felt different . Each time I go I feel so much better afterwards. If I could I'd have 2 or 3 sessions a weekend they just seem to work wonders . Anne is such a star and a great person to talk to she has helped me so much through my tough times . I went to Anne at a time during the summer when I was very run down and suffering from Labyrinthitis. I thought the illness would never end and as I have young children I was finding it very hard to get back on my feet again. After just one session with Anne I felt so much better.
