What can i say that hasnt been said.... Attention to detail is second to none. Its like going for a MOT - i had a few "Advisories"..... and rightly so !!. Couple of items i didnt ask for (and wasnt charged for) were carried out cos Griff couldnt let a bike "leave" without being sorted.... where else do you get that ? I have used AP for many years....

Very happy with the gearbox rebuild .. highly recommended. A great set of lads and always willing to help .. last time I had a gearbox this tight I was 16 ... can’t recall her name tho ���
Took my aprillia there after dealing with cowboys saying they can do the job.. let you watch your bike being fixed show you what's wrong go through all with you.. great guys will be using from now on...
These guys are epic. What they don't know about Aprilias is not worth knowing.
Even just giving them a call to get some info is met with a cheerful demeanour and to the point info. Make sure you give the shop dog Ditties B a cuddle.

The most awsome place in the world. If you own an aprilia this is the only place you should take it. Believe me you will thank them in the long run. The help and support these guys are willing to give far surpasses any place I have ever been. The enthusiasm they show to all things bike, and especially the Apes is second to none. I can't speak high enough about them and it's a shame the star rating only goes to 5.
The bike shop you want to deal with. Absolutely amazing service. They 100% care about the customer and not the amount of cash being spent. After care is superb also. I can't recommend these guys enough. I am extremely picky with who works on my bikes and these guys smashed my expectations. Thank you so much for your help and advice it's very much appreciated.

The service is the best I have ever come across in the automotive trade. AND they all seem such pleasant souls! (If fed jaffa cakes!)
Simply the best. The most professional and knowledgeable motorcycles workshop around. If you have an aprilia, Yamaha, Kawasaki or anything else, this is the only place you should take your bike. The lads will work on your bike, ser it up better than it was before, give you any information you need and you'll leave feeling more confident with your bike. They really will go the extra mile! Seriously recommend these boys! They will go the extra mile!

Just got back from Griff's after an interim service, but the Falco feels like a different bike. The boys replaced the chain and sprockets, balanced the throttles, reset the eprom and generally did more in an interim service than most people do in a full work over. The bike is faster, handles better and rides smoother than it did before. They also reset the suspension, and more importantly they took time to explain what they were were doing so I understand the bike better than I did before so I've got a better idea of how to play with it depending on what kind of riding I'm doing.
It's a real pleasure watching you work and just hanging out.

Griff's isn't the cheapest option, not only because you get what you pay for but also because you walk out of there with a sackful of ideas to improve and upgrade. The guys have saved me money before, as they know what works and they're more than willing to share their knowledge.
I wouldn't go anywhere else, and never will as long as I ride an Ape.

I would recommend these guys to anyone I was having issues with my RSV starting whilst I was on the phone Griff asked a few questions and straight away he knew the fault without even seeing the bike

I had the pleasure to get in touch with Griff and he truly is THE EXPERT when it comes to Bikes especially if it’s an Aprilia! Definitely will order some of the nice stuff as soon as possible. He even has connections to Aprilia addictive mates in Switzerland where I’m living. Thanks a lot Griff !
Fantastic teams of guys who genuinely saved my RSV4 from an almost certain terminal engine failure. Went for a full service of a newly bought 2010 RSV4 with 5600 miles on the clock. Nothing really wrong with the bike, run beautifully. Decided however not to take any risks, and after researching the internet came across the highest rated garage, let alone Aprilia specific garage I have ever come across. Went for the full service even though the bike didn't require it on the 6000 miles service interval. Wanted to be sure the bike was sound.
The full service includes effectively what the 'interim' service includes with the addition of value clearances and rear suspension bearing strip down ('dog collar' and bearings I think they are called it). There maybe additional bits included which I've forgotten, but the valve clearances were the greatest concern and recommended to be done by the team.
All was well with the bike, clearances within factory tolerance and all looking good until, after removing the clutch covers, an bolt securing a moving part had failed, tearing the head off and leaving the screw behind in the fluid sump. Managed to get the screw out and replaced which was a relief. Likely that it had been overtightened.
Seemed like the worse was behind the bike until the flywheel / crank was checked where a loose bolt was found. The look on all the lads faces said it all. It would have been a catastrophic engine failure if it had gone.
I decided to stay with the lads the whole day while they worked. Long day but really interesting learning about the bike, friendly conversation and banter with the guys, and most importantly, watching a genuine team of proffesional mechanics uncover and work through the problems they came across with genuine concern that the correct, highest professional work was completed on the bike.
Finished the day by completing the suspension set up for me. As I had had limited time on the bike I hadn't fully get to grips with its handling etc so had limited input on my part on what to go for. They set it up in the right ball park for my weight / height and as it was getting on, told me to go with it and if I felt it needed slightly more 'dialing' in, then to come back and they'd sort it. So far the bike already feels more natural and intuitive.

Fabulous day yesterday in the garage, the lads let me hang about watching them work on my bike. It had a running problem that was driving me mad the problem was soon reactified, bike tuned and mapped its running sweet now.
Sorted an oil tank out at a great price!
I am well happy with the work done for the price. Will look forward to my return for cookies and coffee 👍🏻Well worth the 1 1/2 hour ride over. Thanks Griff.
Bit of a late review because I didn’t know how to find this page but... the guys came down to Bridgwater on a tour date and completely transformed my bike! Runs like a dream now, really can’t recommend them enough. Thanks lads �
As always these guys come through with the goods. Found me a front wheel and got it to me quicker than a dealer could get a tyre. Great service from a great business that know how to treat customers like family.
