AQUA-SPA VIBRO PLATE TONING STUDIO:
We have a total of four vibration toning plates in our studio located in the centre of Kidderminster. All our plates are sectioned off into private areas so you cannot be seen whilst training. We aim to offer an easy and effective form of exercise for everyone in a relaxed and friendly environment.

VIBRATION TONING PLATES:
The concept of vibration plate training has been around for a while, it was first used by astronauts during space missions to help to help maintain and improve their bone and muscle density. Nowadays it is a very popular method of exercise due to its simplicity and noticeable results.
Our vibration toning plates vibrate and oscilate (move up and down) at various speeds which we can change to suit your preferences. It is these vibrations which cause the muscles all over the body to contract, therefore helping to tone and tighten, improve cellulite and circulation and help build muscle.
Sessions are 10 minutes long and no special gym wear or equipment is required.

AQUA-SPA FISH PEDICURES:
We also offer original Garra Rufa fish pedicures in a safe and hygienic environment. Garra Rufa are a type of freshwater carp, originating from warm streams and rivers in places such as Turkey and Syria. These small fish are very effective at improving the condition of the feet as they gently help to remove hard, dry and dead skins cells. They do this by nibbling with their mouths and as they have no teeth or do not touch the healthy skin, the pedicure is not painful.
We take fish welfare very seriously and maintain impeccable hygiene standard at all times. Our tanks are fitted with a UV filtration system which circulates and cleans the water 6 times per hour. The tanks and water are completely changed and cleaned on a daily basis. All customers are asked hygiene and health questions on arrival and all equipment is disinfected after use.
