Customer contacted me asking me to help them with a leak they had in their apartment in Birmingham. Unfortunately the boiler/cylinder was not able to be repaired.
Since we are G3 qualified to work on hot water system and unvented cylinders i was happy to help
... Unbelievably the builders of these gorgeous apartments had built the cuboard around the old water tank, which meant that the frame needed to be cut to remove it.
The new thermal store cylinder was installed today and the customer can enjoy the luxury of having hot water again.

When I pulled up to the customers house to qoute for this job, I could hear a high pitched screaming from outside. I couldn't believe that it was the old boiler. Customer obviously wanted it fixed asap as it was embarrassing.
