The shop was crowded at 10.30 am. The service was fast and the lady that took my order was polite and friendly
I would like to thank the staff that helped my mum today as she fell outside of the shop and they took care of her and called the paramedics , I'm glad to report that she went to A&E in the end and had her head stitched , thank you for your kindness and the attention you gave her .
I ordered this morning, picked my time slot for same day delivery and my order arrived bang on time. Really nice polite delivery guy. Great service. Thank you

Very poor service I bought a dyson cleaner last month so only 6 weeks ago already it's broke so I took it back and the store manager Dan didn't want to know just kept telling me to ring dyson which I have now done but Argos are lacking they should inform customers at the point of sale that they won't replace or help you after 30 days I'm sorry but I paid over £300 for this and don't expect to have to get a repair after just 6 weeks shocking customer service Argos and in future I will go elsewhere !
The Store Manager (Karan) her attitude and customer service is as poor as a homeless mans hygiene. Doubt I will be purchasing anything from Argos again in a hurry.
Order a plum baby swing seat in the summer everytime I call to chase i am put on hold and now just told to contact plum then cut off!!!! Trying to call this store and just rings out can someone please contact me on 07540357100 awful service!

My mum just went to Argos to get table and chairs the price was droped on it yet when she got to the till they said they weren't aloud to sell it her because the new book was out soon so basically because there going to be Putin the price back up they refused to sell it her today when the price was still lowered yet its still up on there web site surley they cant be aloud to do that x
Disgusting Service at Gallagher retail Store , Manager was rude, arrogant, intimidating and I was treated like something on the bottom of his shoe, all because I was taking a laptop back that was not fit for purpose and had to phone Argos twice to get them to obey UK consumer rights that if a purchase is faulty you are within the Law to have that item refunded or replaced, will never shop in this store again. I wish I could have put a zero as a rating.
Customer service is appalling.
Waited to be served 20 minutes, then had to wait for a manager, who was clearly not interested - I assume it was his tea break. Issue not resolved.
