How is your desk posture? I saw a patient this morning who had been struggling with upper shoulder pain whilst sitting at work. She had spent 5 days shuffling around, sitting forwards, twisting, slumping, trying anything to ease the pain. Nothing was working. She then tried sitting with her bottom as far back in the chair as she could, allowing the chair to support her, she dropped her shoulders and sat up straight.... and the pain went away instantly. She said it was a revelation. 🙂

Was recommended to see Clare by my boss as I was feeling like an old croc after a bout of flu and chest infection After my third visit and getting progressively worse Clare felt I might be suffering from PMR which can be diagnosed by a simple blood test She wrote to my GP who agreed to the test have been on steroids now for two weeks and feel so much better Am so grateful to Clare for pointing me in the right direction could have been going to docs for weeks and not pin pointed the problem Big big Thank You Clare this lady certainly knows her stuff thoroughly recommend her

I have suffered with neck and back tension for years with out seeking advice. The build up of years of neglect started to have a real negative impact on my general health. Same as most people when you are rushing here there & everywhere you don't make the time to get things sorted... until I met Clare. Clare is amazing, makes you feel at home, approachable & most importantly she works wonders on my neck & back. Not sure why I suffered for soooo many years with out her, highly recommend on every level.

I have been getting treatment from Clare for about 4 years and can honestly say that this is the only reason I am still able to play my sport of badminton. I was about to give up when my shoulder became very stiff and painful but regular treatment keeps it mobile and pain free.

I have been a regular patient over the last few years & Clare is amazing! She really knows her stuff & works wonders on my back. Can highly recommend her!
