such an amazing lady .i got a pillow stone for my dad and i asked about dog items becase my beloved pet passed away last week after 11 yr of having her and the lady gave me some free items for my kiddies ... highly recommend her service ..and thank u so much xx

Well what absolutely lovely people at Ashcroft memorials,we rang them today wanting a memorial vase it was about an hour before they was closing and we were still travelling up from cornwall,but they stayed open so we could purchase the vase and even offered if we were ever stuck and needed to put anything on the memorial that they would do it for us since we live so far away,we very much appreciated that they waited for us

Very quick and good service the items were spot on and mary is a very caring lady well worth doing business with .

So pleased with my 2 pictures and the Robin bits I received. Mary is so nice and very helpful I ordered on Thursday and all was here by Saturday morning. Please take a look at the online shop there is so much beautiful stuff that you can't buy locally and if u can it's alot dearer. Thank you ashcroft Memorials one very happy customer ��.

I honestly cannot recommend enough. I have purchased a few items which 1) were amazing quality and 2) were shipped in quick speed!

Mary was a pleasure to do so business with and went above and beyond in her customer service. She asked me questions around my purchases to help recommend the right items for the occasions and reasons for wanting them and even just had a friendly conversation about me.

Nothing seemed too much trouble and she is one of very few who I actually opened up to!

Nothing was too much trouble , the items I ordered were beautiful

One of the box frames had a small crack in it upon delivery , Mary automatically sent me out a new one at No extra cost which was very kind of her

She also sent me a few gorgeous hanging decorations free of charge which was just such a lovely gesture at a time of sadness

I will definitely order again from here
