Traffic managment let a car into the closure with no means of exit.

Thanks to the locals from the black horse and old swan for threatening me instead of backing me up when trying to get the saltem road closure guy to let traffic out of the closure on to Welcome Street instead of letting them sit In front of a mob of a thousand chasing the ball. I've done road closures, I've done traffic managment. Then somehow the saltem employee got hold of my phone and wouldn't give it back. Luckily his boss backed me up that it would be a sensible thing to do to let the vehicles out of the closure. Naturally the employee denied he blocked their exit.
