I recently contacted ATN by email about a broken mounting stud.
Within 48 hours I’d been contacted for some additional information they needed before the stud could be replaced.
As it turned out a new mounting system was sent, that arrived the next day. Unfortunately this was the wrong size, I contacted them again with my update and another correct one arrived within 48 hours.
It back on the scope and good as new!
I can’t thank ATN enough for the first class way this was handled. With personal thanks to Rick Davies who was my point of contact.
