We have ordered lots of rickets through floridatix for our trip to Walt Disney world. My husband lost our tickets for adventure golf international drive, I called attractiontix who replaced them to my email within minutes.

So helpful, polite, staff.

We bought our tickets trough them for Disneyland and everything went smoothly there. Good price with very valuable Fast Pass included.

Ordered tickets for Disneyland Paris for the second time in 6 months. They were fabulous the first time round and just as great the second time around. We had absolutely no bother with receiving the email vouchers or redeeming them at Disneyland (once in the right queue! It isn't AT ALL clearly explained which area to redeem tickets but we got there in the end!). Go to the cash ticket purchasing booths - found next to the entrance turnstiles to swap vouchers for tickets. DO NOT line up for the self service machines on the outside - waste of time!

Haven read some of the negative reviews, I was in two minds in purchasing my Disney 3days 2 Parks tickets.

I phoned them and spoke to a lady called Pheona and she was very helpful and lovely to speak to. I did say to her that I had concerns about the eticket in particular because of some of the negative reviews. She explained the reasons for some of the eticket delay which made sense to me so I decided to go for it. It took less than 5 mins to process and Pheona stayed on the phone until the ticket arrived in my inbox. I Highly recommend.

I used this company to buy tickets to Buffalo Bills (Disneyland Paris.) I was a bit sceptical at first as I've never heard of the company before and the price did seem too good to be true. Our tickets didn't arrive straight away as they should have done so I had to call up the customer services team who were really helpful and emailed me the tickets straight away. We got into the show no hassle at all at an amazing price.

Cheaper than zoomarine website direct so was a bit dubious. Got email ticket within 5 mins. No problem at gate, straight in. Would recommend

Got my tickets. Offer was ill get 2 x cinema tickets. I still do not have an email with my cinema tickets followed the instructions still nothing and no reply when you message them over facebook..

purchased tickets for disneyland paris and moulin rouge show with eiffel tower dinner and river cruise on 5th oct. received an email stating that the tickets will be emailed within 48 hours. waited for 48 hours and none came. emailed customer service after 48 hours and yet to get any reply. we wanted to hage our ticket before we fly to europe and disaapointed with the service offered. can someone assist?

Ticket prices were fair but you dont get an e ticket. You get pdf files of your ticket in your phone, but its a really big job scanning that. Then later to that, i contacted attractiontix but its been 3 days and i got no answer at all. So any quiotions i had were absolutely left like that.

Hi I tried to buy one day ticket to thorpe park on your website. But on checkout screen, I have to fill up "billing adress" and there is only two options - UK and Ireland. If I from other country I cant buy ? and if I do can, what option should I to choose?

Sadly I booked Disney Paris tickets and was told Carer’s / disabled tickets are an urban myth and don’t exist .. so I’ve purchased 2 fully paid tickets when I could have saved £160 by accessing the tickets that 100% exist !!! What a con. I have asked for the £160 back .. we shall see

I tried to make a payment twice because the error appeared continuously on the homepage. I didn't even know that two payments were already made, because there was no sign at all but only the error.Therefore I want to cancel one of them. And I only got one confirmed e-mail for two payments. I guess you do not even seem to know that my payment has been doubled. And when I was on the phone with your company counselor, she asked me for a booking reference. I spoke about it more than three times and the counselor just hung up without saying anything. Your service was very unkind and payment service is terrible with web page. Please check it out and I want to get a refund for one as soon as possible.

I can't beleive a company in UK is selling tickets to Loro Parque tenerif! This is a horrible zoo where they still have orcas! People don't support Loro park! And every company should stop selling tickets there! Have you seen blackfish document? If not watch it and you lnow better about orcas in captivity. the people who works there are not interested about the animals. They have orca Called Morgan who has come from the sea world america as it was bullied by other orcas and now Morgan is bullied here too with no ecape! How can people let this happen!

Would have given 0 stars If I could have. Purchased a 6 attraction pass to find out it was only actually 5 attractions as there are two in the same place and you cannot visit the other one separately as I was told. Customer service has been awful, extremely unhelpful and very defence as they seemed to just jump to the conclusion that I wanted was a full refund. I only wanted what I purchased had they tried to offer a solution or been a bit more understanding things would have been different. Very disappointed!!

Disgusting company that NEVER responds to your messages and dont seem to give a dam about their customers- no customer service or care whatsoever. I will NEVER buy from them again
