i was astonished when i received an email from Aubrey Allen saying Happy Birthday and offering a present of 2 rump steaks with pepper sauce. when i collected my present the staff were just wonderful.

Wow what a butcher's & Deli, staff are so helpful and friendly, makes food shopping a joy, went for breakfast next door Aubrey Allen cafe, it was so tasty, scrambled egg and tomatoes were to die for, can't wait for our next visit :-)

Went for some breakfast & I can't fault it. The food was delicious & my daughter had an omelette, freshly cooked & you can watch them make it. Definitely go again&recommend it. My friend has take away roast dinners, going to try that next

We live in Coventry and still make a special journey for quality meat. Best Buy? ... has to be Shepherds Pie. Fantastic taste and no fatty bits. But then it could be the French Onion Soup at Christmas... now let me think.....

We attended the Butchery school last night and it was brilliant. So well organised, good fun and learnt a lot. Came away with a goody bag FULL of beautiful meat and goodies and cant wait to tuck in. Thanks for a fantastic night!

The reason why we go to Leamington Spa to shop (we live in Solihull). The friendliest, most knowledgeable staff serving the tastiest, beautifully presented and ethically-sourced produce. Simply the best.

The best butcher's in the Midlands. Everything is perfect!!

Russell the very kind MD donated a voucher to my charity evening last night. He was just along for a meal with friends at the pub we were in. Top bloke... food here's fab too :)

Our son Chris who is a regular shopper at Aubrey Allens introduced us to this fantastic shop(we live in Kent) What an experience!! Quite possibly the best meat we have ever had(and we are well travelled!) The steaks, belly pork, sausages and lamb chops are just a few of the cast members in an ensemble of the highest order!! We have been into the shop three times now and are planning another visit in the near future. We also enjoyed the banter(Thank you Martin!) your handy tips are duly noted!! Sue and Geoff Day.

Myself and my husband came in today and had a cheese tasting with guy and Claire, can not recommend enough. Amazing service and exceptionally good cheeses. We are super excited to set our new cheese menu up. Thanks guys �

I just wanted to enquire as to when I will receive my new loyalty card? I've been trying to spend my accrued points since January without success for a variety of reasons ie change of till and now no new card. I have been a customer for over 13 years, ever since I moved to Leamington. I would appreciate a resolution sooner rather than later, so I may make use of my points as they are intended to reward loyalty!

Hi, I was wondering when my new card will arrive, slightly frustrated as haven't been able to collect my points since the beginning of the year. I did change address and gave my new address in at the shop and have since provided my address again at the shop to receive my card but alas nothing has arrived!

A fantastic butchers and deli, meat is excellent quality and always receive great advice on cooking and accompaniments.

Got excellent service today unfortunately forget to get the very nice gentleman's name that served me which was challenging for him as I have lost my voice & forgot to take pen & paper which he so graciously lent me & was extremely patient friendly & polite. I am just cooking the beautiful diced lamb which I purchased amongst other things fab thank you x

Yes of course the shop is brilliant - but what are you doing about plastic bags? Richard Clarke next door is charging for his (well done him). are there any plans? I was given a bag whether I wanted it or not. the meat was already well wrapped and I had my own bag.
