What areas do you cover?
We cover most of the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, North West, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire areas.

How good are your repairs?
All our technicians have at least five years experience in SMART repairs and /or body shops. As a result we are confident that the work carried out is of the highest standard. We aim for all our repairs to be unnoticeable to anyone that was oblivious of the original damage. How do you get the correct paint?
All paint mixes are made on site, we are able to do this as we carry full paint mixing schemes within our vans. Firstly we obtain the colour code stamped to the vehicle, this is then fed into our laptops giving us the paint recipe which we will then make on site. We are able to mix the correct paint for any car from the last 30 years including metallic, pearl and mica effects.

Are you able to repair stone chips?
We are able to repair stone chips by mixing the correct paint which is then applied via a touch up brush. This is a cosmetic repair only which takes the 'eye' of the damage as well protecting it from any rust.

How do you repair alloy wheels?
We are able to repair minor alloy damage by not off the tyre and simply masking around it. We will then sand down the damage, recreate the profile (if required) and then apply the appropriate alloy paint followed by the lacquer. This method brings high quality results in a short time and at affordable prices.

How do you accept payment?
We can accept payment by cash or cheque or BACS if agreed in advance.

What is the cost of the repair?
Every repair is different thus the price will differ dependent on various factors such as the colour of the car, the length of the scratch or the panel that the damage is on. We are able to give you a price over the phone, email, or the contact form. We are confident that our methods allow for our prices to be allot cheaper compared to body shops. How long will the repair take?
All repairs are completed on the same day and can vary in time dependant on the amount of repairs being carried out on your vehicle. To give an example a bumper scuff repair can take an approximate time of 90 minutes to repair all going well.

When can I drive the car?
As soon as we have completed the repair you can drive the car. However we do insist that you wait for at least four days before you give the car a good wash.

Where will the work be carried out?
We can arrange to do the work at your home or place of work whichever is convenient to you. However the only thing we require is a power supply and adequate space for us to park our van next to your car.
