The children took part today in giant water play activities. They used water balloons, a spinning water sprinkler and a water snake! Lots of fun for everyone, even the staff got soaked! 😄🐍💧💦🎈

Today, the children pretended to go to the glacerie in French, to buy an ice-cream to taste. They asked in French, how much it would cost, and what flavour they would like to try. 🍓🍫🍦🇫🇷

Discovering volcano's in the garden!

Today, we released our butterflies from Insect Lore! 🦋

Monday, the children made a dough volcano. Once made, the children watched as the adult got it to erupt outside.

This week, our butterflies have started to emerge from their cocoons. 🦋

Welcome to W week! The children found shapes in the water beads, explored a watermelon, and made lots of different waterfalls, around the garden, for the ducks to race down. 🦆🍉

The children this week, visited Avoncroft Museum. They saw the windmill, ice house, bridge with forest pathway, phone boxes and played at the museum park. 😀

This week, our caterpillar's from Insect Lore have started to change into cocoons. 🐛🦋

Happy Father's Day!

This week, the children played 'Jack and the Beanstalk', and took part in a jelly tasting activity.

In Forest Schools, the children made a giant bug house. They found natural items to put in it, and helped use some tools safely to put it together. 🐝🐛🐌🐞🐜🕷🔨

There's nothing like seeing the children's faces, when they are enjoying the rain, and jumping in puddles! 😄💧💦🌧
