Bailey Refurbishments

Good afternoon all. It’s been a while!
We may have been neglecting our Facebook page a little, however, on the ground we have never been busier. This is our current project we are undertaking for an investor, an existing phone shop/office that is being converted into two self contained flats!
There are also plenty of more projects lined up in the near future. Because of this, we are looking to team up with another team or two to work with 💪🏻

Just a quick update. This is the 5 bed all en-suite HMO in Smethwick, Birmingham we have recently finished refurbishing.

There’s been some good progress this week on our HMO project.
Walls skimmed and mist coated, frame work and plumbing going in. It’s coming together nicely!

We haven’t posted in a while, but we have been very busy! 3 weeks ago we started work on this 3 bed end terrace house for Katya Olateju, to convert it into a 5 bed all en-suite HMO.
We are also extending the kitchen within permitted development and levelling the chimney off due to movement, as seen in one of the pictures.
Here are the before pictures and some of the work so far.

It’s always challenging working outside. Rain has slowed us down quite a bit this week. It’s a bit messier, it’s wetter and colder but we’re getting there.

After a few days of bad weather this past week or so, this garden is starting to come together. There’s a lovely Mediterranean feel beginning to come through.
There are spotlights in the steps and there will be more around the seating area. Really enjoying working on this one.

Here is the end product of a refurb we finished a couple of weeks back now.
The investors had the flooring put down recently, so we popped back to take a few pictures.

A different kind of project on the go at the moment. Landscaping!
We’ve widened the front drive so they can now get 2 cars on easily.
In the back garden we’re digging back to create a larger patio area, which will be block paved with decking boards around the edge, steps up to the garden and a larger decking area in front of the shed.

Yesterday we met on site with our newest client Katya. We finalised a few details and confirmed the plans. We’re excited to get started now on what will become a 5 bed HMO.

On site today, the team are almost done on this one. The finishing touches are just being applied and it’s ready for the carpets.

We started this one 2 weeks ago for another investor. Yesterday we took these pictures and you can see how much has been done already. It should be around 3 weeks till we finish this project, to be ready to rent out.

Here we have the latest completion of a 2 bed flat in Birmingham.
The original 1970’s Formica kitchen, along with the dated decor, was all stripped out. Replaced with a new gloss white kitchen, toilet and bath suite. Newly tiled and decorated, with a fresh, modern grey carpet to finish off the look.
Our most recent refurbishment has already began in Redditch. Pictures and an update will be up next!

Last week we finished this project! Super proud of the finish on this one! Thank you to the project manager from Mala Homes, Laura Higgins, who had a big part to play.
Credit also goes to Paras and Andrew Miller who were the guys behind the staging.
All in all, another very happy customer.

Almost there on this one now. Carpets are going in today! Stay tuned for the finished article!

It’s the first of the month and not long to go till this one is done! Carpets measured up, decorating and snagging going on! We’re almost there!

We’re progressing nicely on both of our projects. Here’s a little update of one of them, just a few weeks away now till we complete on both.
