I loved making this semi naked cake! This is an egg free vanilla sponge, filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, and decorated with fresh berries!

Coffee and Walnut Cake made for an order! This 3 layer, 7 inch coffee and walnut sponge is filled and decorated with a coffee buttercream, and finished with walnut halves! A cake like this would cost £40, send me a message if you would like any more details or would like to order one!

I’ve just delivered this cake ready for a Christening tomorrow! This is a vanilla cake, filled and decorated with vanilla buttercream, and finished with a white chocolate ganache drip, sprinkles, handmade white chocolate buttons and sugarpaste bow ties!

I recently made some Caramel Popcorn Bark! They are tempered chocolate, topped with homemade caramel popcorn, marshmallows and rolos, and would be perfect for party favours or just as a tasty snack!

We had a great day at Wingrave Fete today. Thank you to everyone who came and bought something, I hope you all enjoyed them!

EXCITING NEW PARTNERSHIP! I have partnered with Mark Berryman Professional Catering Services, in Cheddington, to bring you the best quality food for your events! Mark is a fully qualified chef, with experience in hotels such as Luton Hoo and The Grove, and now runs his own business catering for events such as dinner parties and weddings. I will be supplying him with cakes and desserts, so if you are in need of a caterer for any event please think of us, as you will be supporting two local businesses!

Looking forward to Wingrave Fete this Sunday! For any children entering the Junior Bake Off, the prize is a box of goodies from my stall!

Yesterday I delivered these for a 25th Wedding Anniversary! The order consisted of a three layer chocolate cake, decorated with chocolate buttercream and a chocolate drip, as well as lemon cupcakes, vanilla cupcakes and vegan brownies!

I will be having a stall at Wingrave Fete, held at Wingrave Park, on Sunday 16th September! I’ll be selling a selection of my products, and will also be there if you have any questions. If you wanted to place any orders for collection from my stall, let me know. The Fete runs from 12pm until 4pm and I hope to see you there!

I’m loving my new aprons made by Upcycle Arcade! They’re such good quality and exactly what I wanted!

The top tier and the second image is my Biscuit Tin Rocky Road - a Rocky Road filled with Bourbons, Custard Creams, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate covered Pretzels and Marshmallows! The second tier has White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondies, and the bottom tier is filled with Triple Chocolate Brownies! All of these are available to order, by contacting me, and are priced from £10 for an 8” traybake, sold either as one whole bake or cut into individual pieces!

Chocolate and Caramel Overload Cake - This is a chocolate sponge filled with layers of chocolate buttercream and salted caramel, decorated with chocolate buttercream and lots of chocolate and caramel treats!

Mini Vegan Chocolate Cake, ordered for a surprise birthday meal! It was the first time I’d made a vegan layer cake and I’ve been told the client enjoyed it!
