Balsall Heath Youth Theatre

Run by the Birmingham History Theatre Company, the Balsall Heath Youth Theatre is a new drama group for young people aged 8-18. We meet on Saturdays.

Balsall Heath Youth Theatre is a place to bring your dreams to life! We will show you the tricks of acting and help you create your own plays and showcases.

You will have the chance to put on plays in our theatre, and perform in other exciting events!

It's no experience necessary so don't worry if you're new to theatre, just bring your enthusiasm and have fun!

Sessions run Termly on Saturdays: Running 10-11AM for young people aged 8 - 11 years and 11. 30AM - 12. 30PM for young people aged 12 - 17 years. Find us at Balsall Heath Children's Centre, Malvern Street, off Clifton Road.

Your Youth Theatre Leaders are Maisarra Hak and Samuel Speed who are two students in the Applied Theatre field.
