We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals, keen to learn the bar and food industry. Applicants must be well mannered, passionate about delivering great service and take pride in their work. Passion and Pride is a must! The successful candidate will be friendly, well presented, enjoys interacting with guests. Professionalism is a must and have excellent communication skills.
Being a hotel, you must be willing to learn all areas of the food and beverage departme...nt, not just the bar. This will include: -Waiting on tables in the restaurant -Placing and clearing buffet food on functions -Serving food, teas and coffees at big parties and functions -Maintaining the bar, restaurant and function room areas -Setting up for functions -Breakfast and Sunday carvery shifts
We are looking for predominantly bar tenders so applicants must be aged 18 and above. But all applicants must be willing to understand they are not limited to one area of food and beverage, such as just a waiter/waitress or just a bartender. No previous experience is necessary but will be preferred as our Bar team are excited to train new staff members in all aspects of the job. We are currently introducing a small range of cocktails meaning you will be trained thoroughly in not just this but all aspects of the job, making this a great place to start in the industry. We guarantee you will learn a lot working with our new management team and gain a great new set of skills. To apply email your cv to sales@bwbaronscourthotel.com

Thank you so much to the staff today for all of your hard work at my dad's wake. The venue was beautiful, the food was great and the staff were amazing. You made a sad day a lot easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

User

Really lovely hotel, staff, food and room excellent.

User

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff and very clean.

User

For a three star hotel it was excellent the price the food and the staff especially Michelle who looked after our needs, Sammy did a great job as Group bookings Manager and we will definitely use them again

User

A***** beautiful place, our room was lovely will definately stay again, staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, the only small downfall was the carpet in the room needs updating or steaming x

User

A very well organised hotel. Staff deserve a BIG 10/10. Food was outstanding.

Well done Barons court

User

A very good friendly hotel staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Well done guys. Keep up the good work. Bar good as was breakfast.

Rooms brilliant

User

We had lunch there on December 25th. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The tables were beautifully laid up and the waiters and waitresses worked exceptionally hard. If was a lovely atmosphere and you did not feel rushed at all. The only negative was that the bar service was quite slow and it was difficult trying to pay for our wine.

User

Only problem was breakfast had to queue and then no plates no toast ran out of coffee need to invest in coffee machine and toast so people can do them self do many people to cater for need someone checking good and filling up more staff more tables would advise to skip breakfast hotel on the whole was fine would come again but miss out breakfast

User

Hotel and rooms were lovely, really enjoyed our stay and breakfast was nice. Our only issue was, the man who checked us in loudly stated in a busy reception area we needed to pay as our card had been declined the day before to which we didn't realise. We had money on the card, but for someone who may not have the money may be in a embarrassing situation. All in all.. lovely stay though.

User

A lovely clean and well laid out hotel. My meal (Rack of lamb) was fabulous and the service was first class. Breakfast was a little disappointing as it was mostly cold and being in a rush didn't bring it to anyone's attention. Value for money was excellent. It is located in a rather 'commercial' type area with industrial units all around so no where to go for a pre dinner stroll. Would go back though.

User

We came on sat 10th Dec 2016 to stay over night room lovely staff helpful but only pick I have was breakfast we were told a coach party was having breakfast at 8pm so was advised to have breakfast at 9 am but you constantly had to wait for thing to complete your breakfast and at one point we waited 15 mins for bacon and toast so a bit disappointed

User

We came in October with our children and stayed a week. At first rooms seemed clean and tidy and the family room was spacious.. However in our double room lights didn't work we did report to be told of sorry our maintance man not here till tomorrow.. OK so next day when still not fixed we re asked to be told he was on hols.. Drying hair. make up ect by only a tiny lamp not the best way to start a day. Plus two days during that week our room was not cleaned at all. The family room was but the double was not..the dirty cups still there..we did say but more excuses..that and the strong smell of umm shall we say alternative cigarettes from a door on Hall way ever single day was not what we wanted to smell...pretty sure it will turn out to be staff accommodation.. However the lady's that served our breakfast were polite kind and helped with what buses to local area cinema ect..they were lovely.

Staff on front of house didn't care.

User

Stayed here for two nights with family. The rooms were good but our TV was unplugged from the wall and we found it on the bed, the shower was either cold or boiling and the WiFi was patchy at best. The Christmas parties meant we had to queue for ages to be served anything which was annoying. The staff were amazing and the rooms were great would defo stay again when there's not parties on.

User

Average room, bed was quite comfy, only real gripe was a dirty cup (tea making facilities) and a dirty fork on the table at breakfast! And personally (for me) the place (Room & Dining area) was too warm!

User

Want to a party Saturday night ..party was great... live band etc but the beer was like dishwater and expensive too and my diet coke came out of a supermarket size bottle that was warm and at £2 for a small glass was extortion

User

Lovely hotel! RUDE STAFF!!!! Young skinny guy on the evening shift was so rude, not only to our group but other groups staying in the hotel, appalling!! Won’t return just because of the bad service, we were a big group for an 80th (104 people)

he needs to learn people skills & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Disgusted!

User

Terrible service, awful warm lager and a dirty room. I would not recommend staying here.
