Basefit Training Biddulph

Basefit Training is a fitness centre offering functional circuit classes and legs and abs classes. Along side it's PT service both 1-2-1 and group.

Basefit Training has been born out of the love of all things fitness and over 10 years of Personal Training experience. Basefit Training uses a combination aerobic, interval and functional training, body weight exercises as well as Olympic and strongman exercises to help everyone no matter what their level reach their goals with a "better than yesterday" attitude.

We also offer Personal Training on a 1-2-1 or small group level for those who need a little bit more.
