These last few weeks and ongoing, teachers across the country have been into schools where they have interacted with children of NHS staff and other Key Workers who are highly exposed to COVID-19. They have not been given face masks or protective clothing. They probably havenвҖҷt been given hand gel. They havenвҖҷt had free coffee, half price pizza or special shopping hours. They have performed their jobs in ways they have never done before and they have done with a smile on thei...r faces so that the children in their care donвҖҷt know how scared they are; Scared for those children. Scared for their own. Scared of being responsible for taking the virus home to loved ones.
Thank you to all Teachers, Teaching Assistants and anyone else heading into a school this week to keep it running so that our NHS and carers can take care of the sick and the vulnerable, our shops can stay open and deliveries can continue. What an amazing idea for the kids

Today marks 4 weeks of isolation, walking 2 miles a day, no meat, dairy or flour. The change has been fantastic! I feel great! Zero alcohol! A healthy vegan diet, gluten free, caffeine free, sugar free and a 2 hour home workout each day! Lost 30 lbs and gained muscle mass.
I have no idea whose status this is, but I am really proud of them so I decided to copy-paste! рҹҳӮ
