Baxi has training centres across the UK and Ireland. Our experienced trainers provide free of charge practical, hands-on product training and specialist courses, giving installers confidence to install, maintain and service Baxi boilers.

"Love these boilers. Easy to fit with plenty of room to service and change parts whilst still fitting in a standard cupboard. The pipes behind facility is a winner. Makes for a much neater install in tight spaces. Comes with a 10 year warranty and a Magnaclean Pro2 micro filter. All round good boiler."

Last year MasterGas Heating & Plumbing, Birmingham, attended our Three Day Fault Finding Course (£200).
Pull up a chair and have a read of the review they left:
"Today I completed the 3 day fault finding course led by Graham ‘The Proper Trainer’ Collins at the Warwick training centre. This course is worth every single penny and more. The training and all the literature available is excellent, Graham went back to basics without blowing our mind and made everything seem so si...mple... if you attend this course you safely say that when you come out you can class yourself as an engineer.
Fault finding for me personally has not been the strongest part of my skillset, but now I can safely say that the knowledge I have acquired over the past 3 days has taken me to another level and given me So much more confidence moving forward with my skills and business.
No stone was left unturned and Graham never progressed until everyone was happy and understood the process being explained.
I would recommend this course to ANYONE looking to upgrade or expand their knowledge.... you won’t be disappointed. I’ll be recommending This course in particular to any other engineers I know. First class!!!"
