Craft workshops and sewing courses run from my home at the foot of the Malvern Hills.

My life long love of colour and fabrics was inspired by my Mum, an accomplished seamstress who used to make wedding dresses; I can remember her dipping the lace in a bath of tea to antique it. I learned to sew watching Mum cutting and stitching at the kitchen table. I still have the rag dolls she made me and the beautiful dress that she so lovingly created for my wedding.

I love sharing the skills that my Mum taught me and enjoy encouraging adults and children to create their own unique items.

When my daughter started school my friend Lynsey and I started running workshops for children. The sessions quickly filled and we decided to expand, forming "Crafty Kids Malvern", running workshops and also parties.

Following the success of the children's workshops I decided to set up "Crafty Ladies Malvern" offering a variety of courses held in my newly renovated home studio over looking Malvern common. A fun, relaxed environment, always allowing time for a cup of tea, a cake, and a chat.
Now Named "Be Creative Malvern"

I really want as many children and adults as possible to get the sewing bug; it really can be therapeutic and gives you so much confidence and a sense of achievement.
