Andy is incredibly switched on and knows how to get the most out of the market conditions. My property had an offer within 2 days of going on the market. The service didn’t stop there.....Andy and the team made sure I was kept up to date all way through to completion. Perfect & personable experience from a lovely bunch of people. All the best!!

I would like to say a massive thank you to Andy and all the team at Benburys. I received excellent customer service. I was given personal telephone numbers which meant he was always on hand to answer any questions regardless of the day or time which is perfect if you work as I was was able to get regular updates after I finished work. It was also difficult for me to show people round due to work and other commitments however Andy was always available even late at evening and weekends to show people round so it caused minimum disruption whilst going through the selling process.. He was even available at short noticed and washed my dishes before the showing.. Thank you all, very highly recommended

The day he came to take photographs he cleared rooms with me to get his best ‚Äúangles‚ÄĚ we both decided on a open day to create excitement for the sale, we had 40 couples booked on in the space of a week we sold it the same day as the open house! Andy‚Äôs passion for the industry shines through, he‚Äôs caring and really wants the best for each of his clients, he helped me hand pick my buyers (who were awesome!) and he got the maximum price for my house! On top of all this he was on the phone to me giving me advice on purchasing my next property, I mean 24/7 service! He even phoned other estate agents for me to get all the info for me, nothing is too much for Andy, he really is a credit to the industry and Benburys are VERY lucky to have him on their team. 5* service I couldn‚Äôt recommend Andy any more, in Andy‚Äôs words Pictures & Price sell houses but really it‚Äôs his passion and hard work! I cannot fault the team at Benburys. I have just moved to the area from 150 miles away, and Tracy, Helen and Sophie have all made the move as simple as it possibly could be. Nothing is too much trouble, and they have turned what could have been a complex, stressful time into actually a great experience - amazing team and worth every accolade that they receive. Everything was sorted with no fuss, and every single question I may have had was answered quickly and comprehensively. Thank you all so much :-)

The customer service and care shown was superb, always answers calls or in the rare occasion when he missed one he returned them promptly. Found him to be a great character with a brilliant personality - couldn’t pick a better person to deal with. He is made for the trade.

Benburys helped me moved out of a bed sit and into a shared accommodation, And has been helpful in other aspect. As a company they are brilliant and assertive as individuals they are flawless and I'd like to say thank you ladies for everything and this will not be the last you see of me.
