We’ve been members of the gym and pool for a week now. Really impressed! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Facilities are spot on... and it’s a great price. �

We recently had our wedding at the Windmill in May 2018. All the staff at the venue were so helpful before and on our special day and really helped exceed our expectations. The food was delicious for both the day and evening. Thanks again for all your help! X

We had the pleasure of going to the spa here today . We booked the celebration day which included a 25mins treatment and a light lunch . Facilities were fantastic. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was good quality and nicely presented. Highly recommend the place and will definatly visit again

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Windmill Village back in December 2017, and could not fault a thing! Bekie Munday was our main contact during the 2 years of planning our wedding. She was very quick to respond to emails (and I sent a lot of emails!), and was able to accommodate all of our needs. We had a couple of meetings with Bekie prior to the wedding - so was nice to put a face to a name, and she explained the order of the day perfectly, nothing was too much trouble.



On the day itself, all the staff at the hotel were amazing! Another Becky ran the day, and looked after us and our guests very well. The food brought out (considering there were around 70 people to cater for) was perfect, so thumbs up to the chefs. We did actually eat at the hotel the day after, and again the food was lovely as well as the breakfast buffet. The Waiters and Waitresses supplying our food and drink during the day were excellent and very friendly. Everything ran on time.



We had the Pickford Suite, and the staff at the hotel decorated it just as we had asked, and it looked amazing! The hotel itself is lovely, and set within beautiful surroundings. We were fortunate enough to have snow whilst we were there, and this just added to the beauty. We were allocated a beautiful room for our wedding night which overlooked the golf course - stunning in the snow. All in all, we had a very stress free day thanks to the efficiency of the staff at the hotel, and the organisation that Bekie provided. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wedding reception in Coventry.

We even had our own space where we could relax away from everybody, which was really appreciated. Emma was our host and nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly and so helpful. I had my wedding on 30th June at windmill village and I cannot fault it one bit. Bekie was lovely, professional and knowledgeable throughout the planning process and on the day we had another Becky running the day for us. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went even more smoothly than I could have hoped for. My guests were commenting on how lovely every member of staff were to them. The food was amazing (even if I barely ate anything) it wasn’t because I didn’t enjoy it, I think I was just too overwhelmed to eat �

I forgot one of my guests had a nut allergy so when the chocolate brownie was brought out she couldn’t eat it, without question the dessert was changed to ice cream for her � I could go on and on about how amazing everything was. Thank you for making our day the best day ever �

I cannot complain about one thing from the planning of the wedding with Beckie to the actual day.

Staff throughout the day were brilliant special mention to Beckie and Sam

Absolutely no complaints about the food especially after no blame goes to the hotel our food had to be put back due our registrars running late

The setting is gorgeous with views of the the golf course



Room was very clean and spacious

Attended a spa day here today with my friend. Soon as we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Our treatments were so relaxing, the ladies were very professional and accommodating. Our lunch was very nice and we had the snug to ourselves. We spent the whole day chilled ànd enjoyed all the facilities. The pool could of been a bit warmer but we braved it a few times! We ordered drinks at the reception and these were bought out to us at the poolside. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Lovely day and would recommend to friends and will visit again.

It’s a great hotel made up of separate buildings. Some of the staff was not of the names of the buildings and were they are, staff training required.

The breakfast was good however the tea served with breakfast was poor. What happened to a pot of tea on the table.

5 of us had an overnight spa break to celebrate a 50th birthday.

We were all impressed from start to finish, lovely swimming and whirl pool, sauna was good but unfortunately steam room was broken.

We were expecting a “light spa lunch” but there was lots of choice from sandwhiches, pizza and burgers and the food was lovely. We all enjoyed treatments which were back, shoulder and neck massage, facial, pedicure and manicure, the spa team were great and we felt very relaxed after!

We had a 3 course dinner and all had various options, food was beautiful.

The only slight let down was no evening entertainment but we entertained ourselves!

All staff are lovely and welcoming and we would definitely return! Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable and in an ideal location. Nice comfortable bed! Huge bathroom but no walk in shower? Missed opportunity there! Hate having to climb into a bath to shower- so outdated! No plugs available at bedside which is another negative. Shower and plugs would’ve shoved my review up a notch

The food has gone down hill. It was a good venue for one of our golf trips but don't think we will be going back ever again. Unless they do us a good deal.

Great spa treatment. Wouldn’t return as a spa day visitor, the set up isn’t conducive to a relaxing spa day. Bar service / staff attitude was questionable... leisure receptionist was very good as we’re the therapists. Loud children in pool area, changing rooms need refurbishment, no drinking water or relaxation area after treatments, luckily we managed to relax in a quieter area of the bar before some of thd the golfers - who were vapping - turned up....

not a good weekend food poor the room was very poor with broken toilet and hot towel not working only get one towel so is if you go swimming you can not dry it

We had our Christmas party here last night. This is a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay and had a great evening. However, the Christmas meal was really poor. The starters and main courses were of meagre portions and lacked the quality and taste you would expect from a Christmas dinner. It is one Christmas meal I would definitely not want to have again or recommend. Come on guys - sort it out.
