About Bhs Riding Out Uk

The British Horse Society is the UK’s largest and most influential equestrian charity working to improve equestrian access.

Bhs Riding Out Uk Description

The British Horse Society is the UK’s largest and most influential equestrian charity working to improve equestrian access. We achieve this through an access team at our HQ in Stoneleigh, and a network of more than 200 experienced, voluntary bridleway officers, and a growing 150 Equestrian Access Groups throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The British Horse Society's Equestrian Access Groups are an important part of our society and not only uphold our values and promote equestrian access at a grass-roots level - they can be a fun, sociable meeting place for riders, carriage drivers and horse lovers, and make a difference for future generations in their area. We encourage the groups to forge links with us, so we can work together for the common good of all horses, riders and drivers.

We have nearly 150 Equestrian Access Groups affiliated to us, and would encourage anyone who has an interest in horses and would like to do more to champion equestrian access in your area, to consider joining us. Contact access@bhs.org. uk or look on our website to find your nearest group.

The British Horse Society cannot achieve the great successes we do without members. If you would like to join us, support our work, and reap the benefits of BHS membership, please visit our website www. bhs.org. uk.
