I have for over 35 years ran a small surveying practice based in Loughton, Essex employing 2 No staff offering a full and professional service to both main contractors and subcontractors etc in the London and Home Counties areas and are currently looking to expand on our list of client's.

We offer a full estimating service, this if required can also include compiling of specifications with or without builders quantities or bills of quantities all subject to the size and scope of the project, and the clients requirements.

Our post contract work comprises from start on site to conclusion of agreed final account, for both small and up to multi million pound projects, working with various Main Contractors including - Ardmore, ISG, Como, Overbury, Berkeley Homes, Skanska, BW Interiors, Structuretone, Wates, Mace etc

We can offer the above services either on a lump sum, percentage or hourly rate basis. We can also offer an hourly rate service working either from our offices, clients own office or site based, charged at a daily, weekly, monthly or on a per project basis.
