Yummy smashed avocado on toast with poached egg!! Coffee is excellent too - not bitter!! Its a lovely place for a pit stop!!

Took my grandson for lunch after a trip to the cinema. He was a bit moody, but the staff were lovely and after a hot chocolate he cheered up. Good quality food. Reasonable value. I had the chicken Caesar salad and my grandson had the children's fish fingers. Good atmosphere, lively and happy. I would highly recommend.

Lovely meal served by very attentive staff. Our first visit to Worcester as well. Made us feel special and if I come back here I would certainly eat here again.

I went yesterday lunch time with my daughter after staying in Worcs overnight for the Olly Murs concert .

The staff were friendly and welcoming towards us .

Food was beautiful served on time and well presented as it should be .

Nothing seemed too much trouble for the waitress who served us and I noticed she was like that with the people she served around us too .

To add to it all we sat out on the patio area in the glorious sunshine .

A lovely end to her birthday celebrations and we will be returning to Bill's next time we visit Worcs .

Came here last night with my girlfriend - I'd never been here before. The food was lovely although I ate far too much. The main reason for my 5 star review is your staff. We must have been served by 5 or 6 different people last night, and they were all fantastic. Attentive; polite and friendly. I used to work in the service industry and your staff are a credit to your restaurant. We will be back. Thank you.

Bills was a great place to go and eat, me and my partner had never been here before yesterday. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the food was very tasty and more importantly the customer service from the staff was A1 they were extremely helpful and always had a smile on there faces �

We called in for a tea and coffee, not intending to eat. A huge pot of tea arrived (for me) and the coffee. Looking around the meals being served looked very good and appetising. A breakfast and a scrambled egg with bacon on toast was ordered. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have had. The scrambled egg was also very much enjoyed by my friend, who must have Gluten free ingredients . The staff who served us were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about Gluten free requirements. Overall a very good experience and will definitely call in again.

The food was very good. I’m hesitant to say excellent, as it was a little bland. But, my cappuccino fantastic! One of the best I’ve had in the UK. Above all, my server was so lovely! Attentive, personable and efficient. I can’t remember her name but she had a short, brown bob haircut and she was, I believe, from Poland. :)

Lovely light breakfast with a superb decaf coffee, hard to find in most places. Staff very polite and attentive without being over the top, will definitely return.

Had a lovely breakfast with my husband , asked for strong tea which was fab , nothing was too much trouble .

The buttermilk pancakes were great but the staff were quite unhelpful and kept popping back and picking things off the table. I took my 6 month old too and they seemed almost wary of him? I was also charge £1.50 for 'extra fruit' which consisted of a total of 3 strawberries a quarter of a banana and 5 blueberries which I thought was very very overpriced. I'd consider going again but would have to save �

Great atmosphere, very quick service, helpful waitress, nice coctails. however my halloumi cheese salad was awful. Few tips from the chef: change your salad lettuce, get rid of marinated/cooked red onion,use fresh one instead, and get rid of crepes (in my opinion they don't go together with halloumi cheese) . Making salad is very easy, all you have to do is use fresh ingredients and make a nice dressing - simple!

We love Bill’s for breakfast so when we arrived on Sunday we were really disappointed to find they have taken the brioche basket off the menu. Even the staff said it was one in their best sellers. Had the veggie breakfast but not good . Staff though were great, but won’t be returning until the brioche is back on the menu

Hoping this was just an off night as I usually enjoy it here however I have to be honest my food was very salty and the wife’s burger was barely warm not ones to complain we paid our bill and left feeling a little disappointed, as I said I hope this was just an off night

Food was Good but service was very bad had to constantly call over people walking past for service and wait ages for everything. The place wasn't even busy the staff would just rather chat to each and after waiting 20 minutes for the wrong bill and being told I wouldn't be charged the service charge, I then got attitude off the waitress for not wanting to give a service charge lol. You need better management the place is a shambles. Won't be back.
