The magic of the circus came to gym for toddlers this week! We have some very impressive budding acrobats! Well done!

Fantastic work on flicks over the weekend! Very proud of the girls consistent work on preps over the past few months, it’s paid off with some excellent shapes. Good job girls keep it up 🎉

Wow! Jessica has passed her level 3 women's artistic coaching qualification. It's been a long journey and we would all like to congratulate her on all the hard work! Well done Jess!

Flicks are coming along nicely this week, well done girls!

What can I say what a brilliant place. My daughter has been coming for four months now and the progress she has made is outstanding. The equipment is clean, brand new and perfect for all ages. This gym is now my daughters second home, she shares every achievement with them and even asked to have her birthday party here because she loves it that much. As soon as you walk through the door you receive a warm welcome and lots of smiles. The coaches are brilliant and a wonderful family and are happy to help with any request.
