All my family members loved the cake and said it was really good. The service from the staff working at the Stratford road branch was excellent and I will definitely be coming again. Bismillah Bakery one of the best bakeries in the area by far. Service in every branch is exceptionally great! Would recommend the washwood heath branch as I visit there regularly and staff there are very good. I am always greeted with service with a smile. Keep up the good work people!

Ordered a birthday for yesterday and was disappointed, I'd say the cake was average tasting, would give 5/10 on taste. I was told that it was baked fresh on the day but it did not taste that fresh. Tasted 1-2 days old. Don't think I'd order from here again.

Your cakes are okay BUT your staff at Washwood Heath branch are appauling!!! Especially the lady working in there, no sense of manners whatsoever!!!!

Went in for a baguette. Very unprofessional. Staff untrained -basically young girls thrown in at the deep end. Didn't know what they were doing. Short staffed. Placed order & waited over 35 minutes for order- asked if my food was ready? - they hadn't even started it. Another female customer had jumped the queue & they started her order as she was being aggressive. Need to sort out their priorities & get trained people to do the job. Btw this is their Alum Rock Branch
