Bistrot Pierre - Kidderminster

Visited for the first time last night to celebrate my 50th birthday (not that the staff were aware of this). We'd heard a lot of good things about the restaurant from a variety of people so were not disappointed when our meals arrived. They were delicious! My husband normally goes for a 'safe' option so was fully expecting him to have a burger but he went for the pork medallions and thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful, as I did with my steak frites. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff very helpful and attentive. This is now our number 1 venue for any future "date night's". Thank you for giving me a such an enjoyable birthday evening.

My husband and I discovered this lovely bistro in passing and were pleasantly surprised! Since then we have been back several times in the past few months. You can enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner in comfort and style. The staff are so polite and the manager always goes the extra mile to check that diners are content.

Food is fab and great choice of menus , place is lovely , staff great , prices very good . Only downfall is the service can be very slow, and has been on all my visits. Wont put me off though and booked again for next month.

Visited a few times and it has been great but visited tonight and was disappointed. We was served after 15 minutes of waiting. We then had to wait 30 minutes for our drink and we only got them then after having to go to the bar asking for the drinks. We didn’t receive any bread before our starter like everyone else. Then I ordered grey goose and watched the waitress pour Russian standard instead. When asked if it was grey goose she replied yes even after we had watched her pour the wrong drink. Service was very slow. We complained to the manager and even then we still had to wait a long time for the bill. We were also billed for 3 grey goose even though one clearly wasn’t. Even after complaining about this to the manager the bill wasn’t changed. Rather than kicking off I paid the bill and left. We will return as it is one of our favourite places to eat in Kidderminster but very disappointed with tonight’s service x
