Today I want to take the time to celebrate the story of one of our members.
Sarah started with our 6 Week Challenge around this time last year. Kick starting with a whopping 17lbs loss in 6 weeks.
... She's gone on add more muscle mass, lose more fat and become an integral part of the team.
She leads with way with our myzone challenges, applies herself to our in house competitions, is so supportive to other ladies who attend our club.
It's fair to say that nearly all of our members have seen her transform in front of our eyes over the last 12+ months and it's been very inspiring to see.
Our little community would not be the same without you Sarah- thank you for showing up each day (literally) with a fantastic attitude, a willingness to listen and apply yourself to our system.
