Good evening ladies,
So.... the post I did not want to write has to be written. (Coz you all know I love a FB post 🙈😂)
With the official announcements made earlier today and with further investigation since being home, I’m left with no choice but to stop the ‘in person’ sessions at Bootcamp.
... What we can do and what I can offer are, ‘live online sessions’ Live sessions will encourage, motivate and be interactive apposed to a cold ‘do at home’ workout! Plus... I’m sure you all don’t want to stop seeing this face fit for radio and personally perfected for the self-serve!
I will be at bootcamp tomorrow from 8.20 until 9.30 as usual, please pop in and collect a band and a set of dumbbells (obv first come first serve, maximum of 3 per member 😂) so I can help rock the online stuff until this situation is resolved and/or more information is released.
Online is definitely the way to go immediately to keep the momentum and a continued service!
Hit me up with suggestions and questions tomorrow!
Genuinely, Thank you all for your amazing support, we have an amazing group of ladies at Blitz and I/we will do everything we can to keep this alive!!
P/S One idea I’ve had so far is using a booking system, get one of you lovely ladies down per session to demo the exercise to the live video. (Under my instruction obv) that way we can still get some people out of the house even if it is only once in a while AND makes for a more Interesting Fb viewing.
Outside sessions are defo a possibility too!
IF THINGS CHANGE OR I FIND OUT ‘SMALL GROUPS’ ARE EXAMPT FROM THE CURRENT RULING, WE WILL BE BACK IN ACTION ASAP!!!
