Here we’ve built an extension for our clients in Rugby, knocked through the lounge to create a larger kitchen space, re-plastered and installed bifold doors and a roof lantern to give the room even more light and space.
As well as delivering completed projects we also work for clients who ask us to carry out structural or building work before taking on the remainder of the project themselves. When we were approached by Matt and Jessica in Rugby we were delighted to take on a project for them. Not only have they turned out to be fantastic clients but they’re very good at DIY. We’re really impressed with how they’ve started to install the kitchen and lay the floor themselves 👌🏻

Underfloor heating provides a beautiful feel to any home and removes the need for unsightly radiators. We’ve installed underfloor heating at the last three properties we’ve renovated and managed to achieve the desired effect at a fraction of the cost of what you would expect.
Here we’ve installed underfloor heating in a 250 year old farm house that has never even had central heating before.

The extension is complete and now it’s just about the finishing touches. The kitchen has been installed and floor tiled ready for the granite worktops to be installed tomorrow 💫

Operation bifold door 🔨🔩

The extension is up and underfloor heating installed. The roof will go on next week while the rest of the house renovation is well underway 💫

Not the best two days weather wise for laying concrete, block work and installing V heavy steels but the lads braved it through the elements, the steels are in and work to the extension roof can start tomorrow 💪
