I had another awesome Flawless Finish Cake Class today. All were amazing cakes but I wanted to focus on these 2 cakes for this post. These 2 ladies had never covered a cake before. Just look at the result they got!! Amazing 💙

My partner and I attended the novelty birthday cake workshop yesterday and had the best time. Dani is a brilliant teacher and we were astounded at what we achieved. The three hours flew by and it was a wonderful experience. I have already recommended the workshops to friends and family. Great gift idea!

My first workshop today with Dani on sugar models - something I've always been nervous to try as I'm a bit chack handed and I was worried my people/animals wouldn't resemble anything recognisable! I needn't have been concerned. Dani is an excellent tutor and very patient - she gives clear instructions and demonstrates each stage and is always on hand to give further guidance if required. A lovely studio and generous lunch provided on a full day workshop too along with some materials to take home.



It's been thoroughly enjoyable and I'm really pleased with my models - my husband was impressed and said it's the best handmade thing I've ever come home with after a workshop!



I'd definitely recommend Blue Door Bakery workshops to those thinking of trying something. There are plenty to choose from. Thank you very much for such a fun day.

I have now done two classes at Blue Door Bakery (perfect flowers and two tier basics) and have really enjoyed them both. Dani and Laura are lovely people and great teachers. They are both calm and patient and really helped me as a beginner to believe in my self and grow in confidence. The studio is bright and modern and a lovely place to spend a few hours relaxing and being creative. Thank you both for helping me on my cake decorating journey! I'm sure I'll be back for more �����

I have been wanting to do a class for ages and finally booked myself on to the cupcakes from start to finish yesterday.. it was a brilliant day, I really enjoyed it! :) Thank you for a fabulous day, I feel confidant in my new found baking skills! It's sad that you might be closing, but I have booked myself on to another course before you go! Thanks again!

I have attended 4 classes at the BDB over the past year and have loved each and every one! Laura and Dani are brilliant teachers (no question is too stupid and I have asked A LOT of those!) and make each class enjoyable. My cake making has improved significantly thanks to these classes. Looking forward to next years calendar.....lots of not-so-subtle hints dropped to hubby so we shall see what Santa brings! Ha! Thanks again Xx

I attended my first BDB class nearly 2 years ago and absolutely loved it, not only will Dani help you to learn some fantastic skills but you also come away with plenty of new cake buddies! Be warned though, these classes are addictive and before you know it, you’ll be finding any excuse to book another one in!!

First class today, basic two tier and I absolutely loved it. So pleased with my cake. Great tips and Dani was so patient and kind.

Only one problem, im now wanting to attend all of her classes!!!!! Had a wonderful day can’t wait for the next. �

Brilliant course today making roses and peonies. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to learn or advance their skills to attend one. Dani was wonderful.

Both Dani and Vicki are excellent tutors and are readily prepared to share their knowledge and vast array of skills. They have totally restored my confidence in cake schools and helped me to get my cake confidence back! The studio is beautiful, easy to find and fully equipped in comparison to pop up village hall schools. Can't wait to visit you again soon. Thank you Dani and Vicki! Xx
