Great effort tonight BMF Cofton on our run tonight 5.4 miles for some and others 5 miles excellent route thanks Matt. Those hills were great and those steps ūüĎćūüŹÉūüŹĽ‚Äć‚ôāÔłŹūüŹÉūüŹĽ‚Äć‚ôÄÔłŹūüĆ ßwas a nice finish and then flat and down hill through woods to car park.

A great turn out this morning the BMF Cofton crew you hit the class with a positive attitude all the way to the last push to the car park ūüĎćūüŹÉūüŹĽ‚Äć‚ôāÔłŹūüćļ

Great Effort this Morning all at Cofton as you joined me for a very diferent workout challenge with Phase 1 covering 1.57 miles as a group carrying out a series of stops on route to perform quality timed reps upper, middle and lower body exercises. Phase 2 kit session with slam balls working upper body and abs. Phase 3 a 1.57 mile run best effort well done to you all for not giving up during the last push.

Well done all those members that braved the heat last night and took on the class excellent effort by you all.

Hi BMFers Cofton Park looking at the Map that mark sent me today looks like we only have one option for Sunday’s class and that is the 0630 class as the roads around the park close of at 0815. Please see map below for your info. So I feel team cofton that as a one off we meet early on Sunday morning at 0630 to conduct our class. Please comment below that your all ok with this . So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
