Also please can all performers make sure they have paid there performer fee and filled in there forms to perform by Wednesday evening. Failure to complete the above will result in been unable to perform on the day.. as you can app...reciate we have a lot of organising to do aswell as teach our normal working week.
All silks performers keep in mind that there are no gems or added items to costumes that may tear or snag the silks.

Very professional don't even waste your time with any other classes in the area these guys are the best I can't recommend them enough. Clean, secure, well run school very impressed. I had my class with Becky who was very knowledgeable and encouraging and made me feel very at ease.

It's a fun way to get fit! It's so addictive and you have such amazing results. Pole fitness has helped me get back to feeling confident and happy with my body after having two children. All the instructors are so friendly and it's a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend coming ago and giving it a try.....you will love it!

I take the beginners class in Aerial Art Circuit and private pole lessons, the warmth and welcoming from the team has been outstanding! I absolutely love it here! As well as being extremely professional, everything and everyone is also so friendly. Really looking forward to growing here � xxx

I started at Body Image about 6 months ago. I was looking for something to challenge me mentally and physically. I also want to find a hobby that would give me body confidence.

After experimenting with a few different class I have to say that after my first pole class I was addicted. It has helped me to be confident in myself and has helped me to recognise that women are beautiful no matter what body shape they have or how old they are. I find inspiration from all the women do that do Pole and Aerial arts . I love it � big shout out to all the staff there too they make you feel welcome and part of the pole family. Xx

I haven't been attending Body Image for long but I love it.

I can go to the gym and not sweat a bead. I leave here exhausted and sweating... and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I have been pole dancing for several years now and im super excited to be taking my pole journey to another level by joining this fabulous studio. I am so impressed with the standard of instruction and the multiple aerial training and pole opportunities here. This really is an awesome place to be!

I have been going to Body Image for about 8 months now and I have progressed so much in that time and that's down to the amazing instructors. The academy is beautifully done out, extremely clean and your always made to feel very welcome whatever your pole journey.

Have been doing pole fitness for 6months and silk for about a month and I absolutely love it. Really supportive staff and a challenging and rewarding way to workout !

Had my first arial silks lesson today and it was so amazing loved every minute of it cant wait for the next one �

Great way to help with loosing weight and building up muscles and tone can feel it first day you start will definitely be recommending ;-)

First time at pole exercise today. Was so nervous but I totally loved it!!!!

I'm hooked. Iv booked back in. 100%recommend it. Girls are lovely and great teachers. Xx
