Top quality care from Natalie Bagnall. I always go in with various sports related injuries and she always relieves the aches and pains. I like to know what's going on with the injury too and nat does her best to explain it to me. Thanks Nat . Highly recommended. Lovely and friendly service. ���

Natalie is magic! My lower back pain almost disappeared after one visit. She explained some aftercare exercises clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Natalie is brilliant, professional and very personable. Natalie has helped me greatly with my ongoing sports injuries and I recommend all of my clients to her too!

I just had to write a review on my experience with Natalie. I had hurt my back at the gym earlier in the week and it got progressively worse to the point where I was in a lot of pain. I was at a loss as to what to do so yesterday I went to see Natalie at Bodycares to see if she could help me. Well, she was amazing!! The whole experience was lovely, in a really cosy environment and Natalie really put my mind at rest. She made sure I was ok every step of the way and talked me through what she was doing. She ended my treatment with suggestions of stretches I could do to ease my muscle tension which I have been doing! Immediately after I felt a marked improvement, I felt much more relaxed and could move easier. Today I am amazed at how much better my back feels and how less painful it is. I want to say a massive thank you to Natalie-she is amazing at what she does! I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be going back to see her soon for preventative treatment.

I can absolutely recommend Natalie, I've had both the deep tissue and hot stone massage treatments and both are fantastic! So much so that I visit Natalie on a regular basis. Natalie is fantastic and very professional.

So if it's a deep tissue treatment or a nice relaxing hot stone massage you can get both anybody cares.

Excellent service friendly approachable and above all professional Natalie certainly knows her stuff ! �I Would highly recommend her to anyone suffering with problem !

After coming across Natalie when I had severe back pain around 12 months ago ,I would not go anywhere else she worked miracles , where years of visiting osteopaths and other physio had not helped , super friendly , makes you feel very relaxed and so knowledgeable . Also very reasonably priced
