We had my daughters hen night there they were absolutely brilliant great service very friendly and accommodating and the food was fantastic great value for money thank you very much for helping to make it a very special evening �

Tried out their new Sunday lunch menu on the weekend and it was amazing. Very kid friendly too - toys, colouring pens and books. 👌🏻

Staff here so helpful- especially Mahmut who reserved us a large area for my sister hen do on a Friday night too! It was very much appreciates and the drinks were fabulous �

Since moving to Worcester last year we have dined in Bolero several times taking visiting friends and family with us for the dining experience. Every time the food has been really excellent and the service spot on. The cocktails are really good (particularly the Bolero Gin), the music is great and the ambience in the main restaurant I feel is the best for dining. My only wish (if I could have one) would be for regular menu changes purely to have different delicious options to choose from.

Lovely Sunday lunch today with family and friends. Staff very welcoming, friendly atmosphere and the food was delicious. Will be visiting again soon to try some cocktails �

Love the sharing gin board and the hot sharing meat platter. A perfect combination for a great night out. Saturday night DJ played fab tunes a great vibe at Bolero ���

Great Staff,great food and mainly great prosecco! Perfect for an after work get together or a girls lunch � Haven’t eaten here in the evening but I’m sure it’s just as good!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Missing a star as the open club sandwich I had was very dry and presented in a way that makes it difficult to eat without looking like a complete animal.

Been a few times before but this wasn't one of the best visits food was great as always but we hadn't booked so was asked if we would like to go into the other bar which we did staff at first were very attentive but once we had our meal no one came to see if we wanted anything else so they missed out as we wanted more drinks and a pud commented at the bar but don't think the young lady understood. Saying all this we will go back but we know to book next time.

Can't fault the food - absolutely delicious but given a table in the new extension at the back of the restaurant. Felt like we were eating our tea in a 'rave' music so loud we couldn't talk between the 7 of us. Did ask if it could be turned down but nothing happened. Would not recommended it for a meal out with friends - much more suited to those eating alone

Went on a Saturday afternoon for drinks before going into Birmingham. Not much atmosphere. Gin board was very good. Staff were helpful.

A group of 14 of us ate here on Friday night, having pre-ordered our food.

If I were to just be rating the food it would 100% be 5* but sadly your front of house staff seriously let the experience down and the service received was absolutely terrible.

We've just been for our work xmas meal, there were only 5 of us... 1 of us had a starter which you got wrong.

Main courses took an hour to arrive, 4 steaks were lukewarm at best & the 5th we had to send back as it was supposed to be medium & it arrived well done.

After waiting another 15mins we then got a medium fillet steak but it was completely lacking in seasoning.

After really looking forward to it it actually turned out to be a massive disappointment!!

Visited last Friday. I'm lactose intolerant and enquired whether the bread was milk free- was told it wasn't. I asked whether I could have a chicken salad sandwich without the bread so I was effectively having a salad and was told that was not possible. No effort was made to find me something on the menu that I could eat so I ended up just having chips (which were more like massive potatoes than chips) staff are unhelpful and it's overpriced for what it is. Won't be visiting again.

After being ignored by staff chatting at the counter for a couple of minutes I finally had a girl serve me. I asked for afternoon tea for 2 people, she had no idea what I was going on about. I had to show them the menu on the window after being told there was no such thing as afternoon tea and being offered a cup of tea multiple times. I was then left standing at the counter for 5 minutes while a girl went to speak to a manager to then be told they had sold out. Funny seeing as it was only 2:30pm and there was only a couple of people in there none of which had afternoon tea. Won't be going back, waste of time.

A week ago, I went to view Bolero and No 35 as I wanted to hold a 30th party in one of the spaces available. I was told that the general manager would email me over the details to book the venue within a couple of days. I waited until Wednesday 1st August to chase them up, I emailed them asking for the details to be sent to me as I was keen to make a booking. This email has gone completely ignored. So that’s what my custom is worth. Nothing. It doesn’t seem to be a great way to run a successful business to me.
