Don't normally post on store pages but feel I really have to after my experience on Friday morning. I quickly nipped in to the store before work to get my usual meal deal. Because the front of store tills aren't manned before 9am I headed to the prescription till which I normally do at that time of day. There were two ladies in the back and one on the prescription desk. I was completely ignored by the lady behind the desk and obviously the girls in the back were too busy chatting to keep an eye out on manning the tills. So I waited a few minutes and then started getting irritated so I walked off in search of someone to help me. I came across the manager who told me he wasn't on duty yet but still listened to my complaint and took me to the perfume counter to get someone to put my sale through, assuring me he would speak to the girls on the prescription counter and then told the lovely lady who served me to charge my purchase to him. He didn't have to do it and I really appreciate the good customer service!!!! Thank you Mr Manager, sorry don't know your name, you really touched me with your kind gesture!!!! Brilliant customer service!!!!!!
