the service customers at Erdington borshch was very good especially Laura who was so welcoming to us and Jason who knows exactly what he's selling, he gave a very good advice for the choice of products. that are kind of service i want when I go shop. Thank you guys for the very good service !!

Wow what amazing service from the Erdington store, staff Laura (? Sorry useless with names) was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, pulled appliances off the shelves so I could measure them, twice!! Ordered at 11.00 on Saturday, delivered at 1.00 2 hours later. Small fee to unpack and take away packaging and old appliance. Will be my first point of call in future. Goodbye to terrible service from national firms, local is certainly best and prices actually as good if not better than Internet sellers.

Tryed to get a hotpoint fridge I ordered it and played was told it would be 14days

14 days later I went in and was told it was not being made anymore but if I wanted one it would take another 14days so I had my money back and went to borsh in the arcade Walsall on Saturday and was called yesterday to say it was ready it's now in my kitchen

I cannot fault them would recommend them to anyone only one other thing to say A1

This morning I took delivery of a fridge and a freezer from Borshch (Birmingham). I want to commend the polite, efficient, courteous, friendly delivery men Jamie and Tom. It means a lot when staff are so pleasant. In fact our whole shopping experience was good, right from our very helpful young man in the shop who searched for ages finding a fridge that suited our needs. Thanks everyone!

Popped in this morning for a dryer at the Walsall store. No hassle from the staff, you can browse without someone jumping on you, but they are there if you have any questions about the items.

They couldn't deliver until Thursday, I needed it asap, my fault not the stores. The staff were fantastic with helping me out, and Matt delivered it about 5 minutes ago after finishing work.

They went above and beyond to make sure I had a dryer ready for tomorrow which is appreciated more than I can put into words.

Thank you guys, you are amazing and I will be back for more purchases.

Our dishwasher gave up the ghost last night after ten years of superb service. I contacted Simon Cox who recommended a replacement model and advised he may be able to fit it today. Simon contacted me an hour later confirming Ross would be with me at 4pm but would call first. Ross rang to confirm his arrival time and was very pleasant during his time in our house. Old unit removed, new one fitted, tested and demonstrated in just over an hour. Delighted, couldn’t have wanted anything more!

My mom was let down by Argos with a delivery of a cooker. She needed one asap and Borshch Dudley were very helpful on the phone in letting me know availability and price of cooker, they were able to deliver one on the same day as ordering for us (I believe it was Matt who delivered it after the store closed - which we were extremely grateful for) taking away the old cooker too. Very helpful and excellent service - nothing was too much for them. Definately reccommend them. Would use these first now for any future appliances as very reliable and fairly priced :-) Thankyou to the staff at the Dudley branch, very helpful.

I visited the newly opened erdington branch last week to buy a washing machine and drinks fridge.i must say it was a very good experience, Wayne served me-you couldn't ask for a more pleasant,helpful person.he explained everything to me,said the drivers would phone approx half an hour before the delivery,which they did.cannot fault them at all.good brands at fabulous prices,items marked very clearly.i hope this shop is here for a long time.well done guys!!!!

I just wanted to mention some feedback. Thank you so much to (I believe it's Matt) at the Walsall branch. I bought a fridge freezer and washer machine 7 months ago and had an amazing service (sorry for that late review) and I went back again this month for a Condenser Dryer. With other companies I have had the problem where they would not deliver to a second floor flat, and at Borshch it was not a problem. Great prices and amazing service. Well done guys.

I brought my second appliance from Borshch in Dudley this week, both times the staff were lovely and had excellent knowledge of their stock. I would also like to compliment the delivery staff as they were also fab and really polite. Will definitely recommend to others and buy again from here in the future.

Couldn't fault anything from this business, quality equipment at decent prices and most of all some of the best customer service i have ever witnessed. Went to collect a washing machine this morning and was overwhelmed by the kindness and help from one employee named mike, top bloke and a credit to the business.

Can't fault this company. Bought a Beko fridge freezer from them a couple of months ago and unfortunately it started to run a little noisily. I need not have worried! One call to them and they arranged a service engineer to visit.

The engineer called me on the morning of the appointed date to let me know his eta and whilst the fridge wasn't particularly noisy when he inspected it ( typical) he made one call and without quibble they suggested they would replace it.

The following day I received a call from one of their staff to say they were checking over a replacement and we agreed a delivery date.

Once again on the morning of the delivery their driver called me with their eta and once they had removed the original fridge from it's housing the fitted the replacement.

Every member of staff I have had contact with have been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional and have always carried out what they said they would.

I cannot recommend this company enough and will have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.

Brought my grandmother in for a cooker just before Christmas. The care and support she got from choosing the appliance, delivery and then the aftercare was amazing

Every person whom she dealt with was patient and informative....she was very impressed with the staff

Ali in Sales at Upper Trinity Street, Bordesley Branch - was excellent with us, he had excellent customer service skills and was able to arrange the door reversal and delivery on our fridge freezer to be done on the same day.



Not only was he excellent in the above, he also took full responsibility over resolving a minor issue without delay, where a Bosch engineer came and resolved the issue the following day.



A courtesy call from Ali ensured we were happy with the product and resolution to the minor problem.



I was told by a friend that they were very satisfied with Ali when they purchased something from that store too and told me to look out for him. I didn't have to look out for him as he approached me in store. Ali obviously provides not just a high level of service but goes above and beyond to all.



Based on my experience I would definitely purchase again from Borsch again.

After purchasing a condenser dryer from the erdington store 10 days ago, I was disappointed to wake up to this no longer in working order! (Though no fault of borshch electrics may I add!) I received terrible customer service from hot point themselves, couldn't get through to them to request a repair so I called the Borshch erdington store and spoke to a lady called Rochelle who was extremely helpful and offered to call hotpoint for me, although having no luck herself. I then received a phone call from the store manager Wayne who informed me he was coming to collect my condenser dryer and replace it straight away! Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to others!

Never goin to this place again... rubbish customer service... when asked they said they could deliver early morning as I work nights an need to get to bed they said no problem and put it on the notes. Just called to see where my delivery is as it's now 11 am and apparently I'm last at 2pm... I was then told it doesn't matter what they tell me about my delivery when I purchased they do it how they like... well I'm one very angry customer and will never use them again....
