We like to think our cafes are creative hubs, full of beautiful artworks and with lots of customers with brilliant ideas, so now it’s your turn to become the designer/painter/sculptor.

Welcoming staff. Drinks came quickly but food took a long time by which we had finished our drinks.

We visited today for breakfast, which as per normal BTP standards, was amazing. The new place is really well done, beautifully designed and great selection of delicious, hearty food

I came today and it was super busy but thanks to Eva's excellent customer service, we had a brilliant brunch with my friend.

Had the most awesome time checking out the wonderful BTP Edgbaston. Every detail thought out perfectly and i loooovvveeddd the pineapple room I need that chandelier in my life!!

Great place to spend some time and have a meal. Amazing atmosphere, very relaxing. Good for proper lunch or a light bite. I would definitely recommend to try their cake. Good coffee and tea too.

Great location and venue! Had a super breakfast of muesli, which kept me full all day! The staff were lovely and even recommended a quieter corner for some peace and quiet ... but it was nice to see families were very welcome and it sounded like the kids were enjoying themselves. Knowledgeable and friendly staff � will be returning again and again

Great customer service. Was very busy and food arrived quite late but staff apologised and made sure all food was to our standards. Loved the flatbread with halloumi!

Great alternative foods including gluten free options. Lots of healthy (and not so healthy) options - great place for meeting friends with a mix of comfy and practical seating .

Good lunch and coffee yesterday when I dropped cousin off at Uni...a bit more chocolate on the top of the cappuccino would be nice though :-)

Came yesterday, mass machine/till breakdown/confusion which meant my food came 1- hour 30 mins late / given wrong orders. Long story short, staff were amazing, food was great. Point is, will 100% come again because they handled it with class, thanks to the manager with glasses. Sorry i didn't get your name :)

Came in for lunch today and had the most amazing mushroom risotto soup. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive will definitely visit again.

Came in for a hot chocolate and a slice of carrot cake, my favourite!! The hot chocolate was amazing and creamy and the carrot cake yum, delicious. The barista, Alex i think it was, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offer and so easy to talk to. The manager Chantelle was also serving and she agreed with my order of carrot cake, a lovely lady. I should mentioned that they let you come in with dogs, very few places do this so I feel it's very important. Definitely a place to turn into your regular spot, so nicely decorated and with plenty of seating, only positive and nice things to say about it.

Came in for a coffee and a slice of cake and it was a delight! Friendly and knowledgable staff helped make my decision simple, easy and quick! I had a strong flat white, which helped perk me up and a brownie for an afternoon sugar fix, which is arguably the best coffee shop brownie I've eaten in Birmingham. Made in house too according to the waitress who served me.



Overall, great service and look forward to a return visit for some actual food.

Amazing! The best service. Smooth coffee and the food was perfect! Eggy bread with bacon and extra spinach, a taste sensation I can highly recommend. I can whole heartedly say this place is the place to be. And the staircase is beautiful too!

Really nice venue and the staff were very attentitive... the pancakes with maple syrup were excellent and the salad was too ..

However The Boss brunch could have been slightly warmer in parts...would definitely go there again ...

Lovely building, nice fresh food but pricey and no extra's like a salad side dressing, most things we ordered had ran out was only 13.15 lunchtime. Cakes well overpriced..Basic and pricey...

Absolutely love coming here, for a smoothy chai latte or a lovely brunch (I really love the brown rice porridge, and the sourdough eggybread). Customer service is ace. We had an ESPECIALLY lovely gentleman today that looked to meet our fussy needs. And flavour combos are well thought through. See you next time

Multiple tables free but none had been cleared. After doing this ourselves, and bringing our own cakes to the table, then waited half an hour for drinks. Watched as others walked out, and even witnessed a waitress take an empty teapot she needed from a table and not clear the empty plates etc. Offered apologies but no compensation. Parking instructions on the website came up with a fault. Like the ethos of the company but my experience would not encourage me to return.

I do love this space- it is really well thought out and my partner and I enjoy sitting outside with a cuppa and brunch. However every time we come it seems to take ages just to get a simple order. Once it was 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and another time 30 minutes for some toast!



Both times it was very quiet, and now if we are short on time we choose not to stop there in case we have to wait for our order to come

Disappointed. Apparently at weekends they do not offer take away baguettes and salads. So instead they leave an empty fridge and offer a £10 salad when you ask. Apparently the reason they can't is they have no dressing for the salad? Really? Missing a trick somewhere, shame really for a new business. Fair play to the guy on the till for asking if there was something they could do take-away. Hence the 2 star!

Didn't have much food in stock & kids hot chocolate came in a plastic tumbler (no marshmallows) ! I wasn't impressed with this place.

Come here today for the first time, as it was highly recommended...

Well I have now been waiting 45mins for my breakfast... its now lunchtime.. I think my parking ticket is about to run out... time to get my refund and walk out... sorry BostonTeaParty will not be recommending you again...
