Visiting from South Wales with my partner, came for both breakfast and lunch on 2 days. Both visits were fab, really nice atmosphere, very comfortable seating and DOG FRIENDLY

Food was outstanding or as we say home “LUSH” .

The bacon is on point, my partner had the blueberry & ginger smoothie which was really good and refreshing. Coffee tastes amazing and is well crafted.

Staff are also knowledgeable and friendly and are an asset to the company.

Only disappointment is that we will be returning home to no BTP in South Wales. Keep up the good work.

User

Second visit to BTP and just gets better. As a veggie it's refreshing to have such an extensive menu choice with healthy and tasty options. Also a great move serving brunch all day as a lot of places stop at midday; this time I had sweet corn fritters with halloumi, poached eggs, avocado and homemade salsa - amazing flavours accompanied by fresh orange juice and a cracking cup of tea. My new favourite place to eat in Solihull. Staff are warm and friendly especially Shane! Will definitely be back (the cakes look fab) and can highly recommend.

User

Really looking forward to coming back with family and friends.

Shaney, Corey and Anna welcomed and looked after 30 of us yesterday as part of a community initiative including 20 young Scouts so no easy game.

We had a fabulous time , great food and refreshments and the welcome and service was just spit on. Thanks guys

User

Oh my goodness what a gorgeous venue Had a lovely morning coffee with some friends and babies, really relaxed atmosphere where we was made to feel comfortable and getting round with many pushchairs was convenient. Staff friendly and plenty of choice on food; even healthy options that don’t taste like normal healthy rubbish! Definitely great location to meet for any circumstance

User

Nothing but positive things to say about this place! The food was great and the service matched! Can’t wait to come back already!

User

Me and my friend had afternoon Tea which came on a large platter...3 kinds of sandwiches freshly prepared along with Scones with strawberry preserve & clotted cream, lemon drizzle cake, carrott cake along with chocolate brownies washed down with tea coffee and prosecco Great value for money with excellent service by Kristine who waited on us..

User

Literally had the nicest brunch here (eggs Benedict with ham) and the staff and service is great Anna was so on the ball and helpful as I had my one year old son with me, who also loved the food!! We had a great spot outside as the weather was lovely! Highly recommend great food and great value!!!!

User

I went there with my friend for lunch and the staff are so welcoming with my furbaby Milo. Such friendly staff. The food was great especially the green smoothie. Milo loved it there and we had a great time. Shane was very friendly too !. Thank you. Keep up the great customer service. Will see you again :)

User

Fantastic brunch! Staff are always so friendly and attentive, the food is also AMAZING! There’s something for everyone, my personal fav is the lamb flatbread!! I love the selection of smoothies and the coffee is the BEST in town! Lovely outside seating area as well - I always sit on the deck chairs when the suns out! Can’t wait to go back and try some of the cakes

User

Cannot speak more highly of this place! Spacious, fast service, extremely friendly and menu was diverse and tasted amazing. Coffee was exceptional, cornbread was out of this world and I am stealing all the flapjacks. Ended up having 4 milkshakes on our table because they were incredible.

User

Breakfast early morning around 8am. Great service. Very welcoming & polite. Western breakfast arrived quickly & piping hot. Large pot of tea was lovely. Sat outside as sun was out. Overall, would definitely visit again. Prices reflect the quality of food & service.

User

Been to a few btp, visited the Solihull one recently. Was just as good as the rest. Great service, staff very friendly and fast. I had the sweetcorn hash which was very tasty. The coffee is amazing. Great choice of food and drink. Definitely recommend.

User

As BTP's no1 fan I thought it my duty to check out their latest venue in the very snazzy Solihull. Wow! An amazingly quirky building, loved the sensory corner..just need a child to give me an excuse to fully check that bit out. A really relaxing vibe with plenty of happy smiley btp staff always happy to help. Ordered the cornbread for vege daughter, avocado was swapped for spinach, I had the avocado and poached eggs on sodabread. All very delicious and the presentation was exceptional. Tried the new oatmilk and was given excellent advice to ask for it not so hot, this made the oat milk super creamy. The cakes looked very drool worthy and I shall be returning super soon, with a book on my own so I can stay and drink coffee and eat my favourite cake, the escape, slice after slice all afternoon very soon. Well done BTP, I love you, keep it up.

User

@BTPcafes Visited the new Solihull BTP for the first time today. Anna gave us great service..along with rest of staff and we enjoyed a delicious meal. The coffee and walnut cake was divine! Can't wait to come back again! #MotheringSunday

User

Visited for first time on Sunday 29th APRIL,luke warm food served in a cold metal roasting dish.Other customers were being asked if they enjoyed the food & everything was okay, not once was we asked !!!Food ended up too cold to enjoy so,unlike me,had to leave food.Customer service poor & will think twice before returning.

User

I was promised a freebie if I left a review. I did over a week ago and got nothing. The management in Boston Tea Party tell you they can’t reserve tables for you, but apparently can for other people. Maybe because I’m not the managers friend? Or relative? Then lie and say they’ll give you a freebie for the misunderstanding, then don’t. They don’t know how to treat customers, I shan’t be returning.

User

Was very disappointed on Saturday morning having collected my parents from the at 7am and heading straight for the BTP I had hoped we would have had an amazing breakfast, I felt the service was poor, found staff rude and when my parents breakfasts both arrived without their sausages, my dad was really unhappy. Shame as I had really rated the BTP Solihull!

User

What a shambles! No one seemed to have realised it was Father's day and Race for Life today. We were warned there would be a 15 minute wait for hot drinks and 40 minute wait for food but this was underestimated. My son has just received his porridge after 1 hour 15 mins although the rest of us have finished! Not the family brunch we had hoped for. Spoke to the manager a couple if times. No apology but offered free drinks, although they have now taken another 15 minutes to appear. Would NOT return on a weekend day as they obviously can't cope. Shame as my last visit was fabulous in term of food, service and friendliness. At least Solihull has plenty of other brunch options.

User

Pancakes rather dry and additional maple syrup didn't arrive. Coffee nice and strong, smoothie decent size and taste. Customer service erratic between servers. Some rather helpful and friendly but when placing the order at till rather rude to anyone who didn't see table numbers under the menus. No one seemed to have an answer to working wifi password.

My first time here as generally go to their competitor where customer service is more effective.
